"Terrible, terrible , terrible experience overall. I just celebrated my 50th birthday and to say the least I was beyond disappointed. First ,all the dishes were served half cold . When I approach our waiter asking why is it happening his respondwas that they cool down while they bring it from the kitchen to the floor hard to believe or maybe the kitchen is in the otherbuilding) Second there was not enough food for 24 people we had only two plates of each dish, only some we had three. Servicewas not good at all. We had to wait for the waiter to help us with drinks. Not interteining show at all. They has some ?creature ? walking for a few minutes and then a few songs sang by the singers from the band. But the best was that they didn?tgive me my cake back. They called telling me that I forgot my cake and it was on the table . There is not way I could forget mycake because we took everything they brought out for us to take home and we checked everything before we left. It is them whoforgot to bring it out and then when they found it they called us. I had no way to check what they put for us I the containerssince I was with my guests. Will never come back ."

Great place! The area is always lively and enjoyable. Just be sure to pay the parking meters, as enforcement runs until 10 AM and tickets are strictly issued.

Excellent food and atmosphere. Pricing is a bit high, but is worth it. Come here quite often with friends and am always pleasantly surprised. Well worth a try!

Had a great time in Passage restaurant this past Sunday. Celebrated my baby's first birthday. The restaurant has wonderful decorations, so the moment we entered it was like a fairy tale. The food was delicious, and service was great. The atmospherewas excellent. Highly recommend.

I celebrated my birthday dinner at Passage NYC. The decor felt a bit outdated, and instead of a live band, there was a DJ accompanied by a singer. While the food was good, the overall entertainment felt confusing and might have been better without it. I ordered dessert, but my chicken wings were inedible and had to be sent back. Although I don’t blame the restaurant for that, I ended up not eating them. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. View menu

I had a very disappointing experience at Passage NYC, especially since it was to celebrate my 50th birthday. The food arrived lukewarm, and when I mentioned it to our waiter, he said the dishes cooled down on the way to our table, which seemed unlikely given the kitchen's proximity. The portions were also inadequate for our party of 24; we only received two plates per dish, with a few items coming in threes. Service was slow, with long waits for drink orders and no staff checking in on us. After a few songs from the band, things worsened when my birthday cake was forgotten. Staff insisted I had left it behind, but we had thoroughly checked before leaving. Eventually, they found the cake and...

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
