"I heard the restaurant has new owners, so I decided to give them a try, and I was not disappointed! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We ordered our pizza well done, and it turned out perfect! We opted for a half-and-half pizza, and everything was just right. The cheese breadsticks were fantastic, with just the right amount of cheese. This place has definitely earned a spot in our regular pizza rotation!"

Passport pizza order was horrible we ordered a LG order from them all was over over cooked I called got only arguments from manager inedible burned dry everything we ordered

I had really high hopes about this joint. When I arrived, the restaurant looked a pretty nice, but to my surprise, it wasn’t. I ordered a classic cheese pizza, my favorite. When it came, it was cold, very greasy, and a little off colored. I asked for a refund but no one offered me service. Just go down the street to dominos, don’t waste your money. If you are not even open don’t allow online orders to be placed at your store. I got a confirmation time and all. I had my kids waiting over an hour for dinner before I called just to be forwarded to a call center telling me that 9 and Mack isn’t open and can’t refund me for a week . Ridiculous, this is the 2nd bad experience with them…owner doesn’t seem to care just do not order from here !!!

I decided to check out this restaurant today since it has a new owner. I've had a few disappointing experiences with the previous management, and I know many others have too. But let me tell you, it was fantastic—what a difference! If you love Passport Pizza but were put off by the previous owner's business practices and subpar food, definitely give the new owner a chance. You won't regret it. It's an AMAZING place!
