"**Check-in:** Our reservation was a bit unusual, as we had a complimentary night from the MyVegasSlots app for our first night and a separate reservation for the remaining two nights. We arrived around 8 PM on a Thursday, and the check-in process was quick. Because we had two reservations, we only needed to visit the reservations desk on the second day before 11 AM to have our room key reactivated, which was straightforward. **Room:** The room felt quite dated. While the beds were comfortable and served as a decent base for our weekend, there was nothing particularly special about the accommodation, aside from a nice mirror in the bathroom. The toilets were loud, and the shower pressure was only average. There was no microwave or fridge available for our use. Thankfully, our room was relatively close to an elevator, though it still took some time to get from our room to the elevator since the property is quite large, requiring a fair bit of walking. **Restaurants:** We found the dining options at the hotel unappealing, so we explored other MGM properties for meals. They have a variety of choices, but nothing tempted us. We did end up purchasing water and snacks from a shop near the elevators, where bottled water was $8 and tall cans were similarly priced. **Pool:** The pool area is likely the best aspect of the hotel. It features multiple pools, a lazy river, and towel service. Fortunately, it wasn’t overly crowded, making it easy to find a shaded spot to relax. **Casino:** This doesn't affect my overall rating, but we weren’t lucky at the tables or slots – such is the nature of gambling! However, there were plenty of slots and tables available, and it was not crowded, so finding a seat was easy. **Overall:** Is it a decent hotel? Yes. Would I choose to stay here again? It wouldn’t be my first option, but I wouldn’t mind staying here again either. Most of the attractions we wanted to visit were situated at the mid or far end of the Strip, so if your plans are mostly on this side, it could be a good location. If you value the pool experience during your trip, this one is among the best in Las Vegas. Plus, Hakkasan and Wet Republic are located on the property."

This was my second stay here, and I had no issues at all! While it wasn't overly impressive, there wasn't anything bad to report either. There are plenty of activities, and Topgolf is conveniently located nearby!

Food quality is great it?s always hot and it?s a very large selection to eat from. For the price you cannot go wrong. yes there may be a short wait to get in but it?s worth the wait.Good place to bring the family

The food quality is excellent; it’s always served hot, and there’s a wide variety of options to choose from. You really can't beat the price. While there might be a brief wait to get seated, it is well worth it. It's a great place to bring the family!

My least favorite place to stay in Las Vegas. Parking is a good mile from your room. Your room key is not automatically setup with parking so you have to ring the attendant Every time you leave. I hated my life every time I parked my car and had to walk forever to my room and vice versa. 2 stars because the people who work here are friendly. View menu

After getting upgraded to the 2 bedroom marquee suite I thought the hotel and rooms were really nice. Mgm grand itself is massive with a big casino and a lot of food and shopping options....the pool area was also really big but boring I just feel MGM grand could step up the quality a little more across the board. Theres just nothing that blows me away here. So many if the other resorts have more wow factor

When we arrived there was no queue. Plenty of different stations in the buffet including soft drinks, bar, salads, pasta, seafood, omelette, American breakfast, Desserts with Danish pastries, Cereals with yoghurts and fresh fruit. Omelette section isvery busy and for good reason, we tried bacon, cheese and tomato omelette delicious worth the wait. Wheelchair accessibleramps. Staff helpful and pleasant. Overall satisfied our appetites but consider this an average buffet compared to others inVegas we have tried: despite there being oysters on the half shell. This buffet is suitable for for everyone including children.Soft music playing in the background in this classically styled restaurant.

This place is crap for so many reasons. Let me try... I'm staying here for business and it's fair to expect MGM to accommodate guest staying here for their conference to be able to work. That wasn't possible because the WI-FI kept tripping out. It's not even working at all today. Secondly you can't trust their rack rate. My room charge went from $245 to $700 per night. Then there's cleanliness. Every time I entered or left my room I was created by a cigarette but and piece of calamari on the floor, presumably from the previous guest? As far as conferences go I think this is also a poor location. It was a half mile walk from my guest room to the conference center. I could have saved $100s and... View menu

Another fantastic stay here at MGM. However, initially our room had a glitch as there was no holder in the bathroom for the tissue. Literally, nothing on the wall lol. A quick call to the front desk secured us another room on the same floor. The room is large and with a view of the Sphere. Beds and room are clean and the bathroom is spacious. The only wish I had is that the shower head be removable. The soaps, shampoo and conditioner have strong scents for my personal taste. I usually bring my own items. Checking in was a bit long due to the number of guests. After requesting Dian at the front desk, I was instructed that she could be found in the Gold Reserve room at the MGM Grand. Unfortuna...

Tell me you 're staying at a motel 6, without saying motel 6....have you ever stayed at a place that doesn 't use fitted sheets... cuz it takes too much time? Yah, this is one of those places. I booked a studio king. I asked if I could upgrade to stay well king. The desk clerk said he had that room in a queen, would that be ok. Sure. As long as it 's quiet. Well, I got to my room. Which is locked behind brown doors, that remind me of prison doors. I go into the room. And immediately hear honking. Then a few mins later, I hear heavy equipment outside my window. I try to raise the shade to see what am I looking at. The blinds are broken, so. I cannot tell. The room needs a refresh and feels di...

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
