"I can't say enough about this place. I have been eating here for 5 years and it has been an amazing experience. At Penn and Pratt Restaurant you are not just another customer or just another dollar, your family. They are a family owned and operated restaurant and they treat you like one of their own. The food is amazing and very reasonably priced. Nice seating and beautiful decor. You are never rushed to eat and pay. Being a frequent customer they remember my order and I feel like I'm special. They serve breakfast all day (during the hours their open) so no matter what time you will always find something that pleases your taste buds. As I mentioned before I could go on and on. However, the best thing I can say is if you don't want to take my word for it, Then try it out for yourself. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!"

Friendly staff and decent food. It's a good spot for lunch on a workday not a place to target for a meal out.

Amazing authentic Greek food that is always fresh! Also definitely get the bacon, egg and cheese with home fries! The stuff is wonderful and always greet you with a smile!

I love the family that runs this place. They are so friendly and gracious! I really enjoy certain lunch items from here. My go tos are the tuna or shrimp salad on a pita and I love the onion rings! View menu

The staff is friendly and the food isn't bad. If you dine in it's a bit humid from the kitchen and the doors opening quite often. The bathroom is clean but there's no paper towels. All in all, it's a good spot to grab a bite before the Orioles game.

The food was tasty and the portions larger then average, add in the inexpensive prices, this place is a winner! The staff is friendly and prompt. While no longer a requirement, their tables are spaced out enough to ensure social distancing is met, and lessen the need to worry. View menu

a family-run and guided business with family members waiting tables and cooking in the kitchen. Eat tastes like a sneaked meal each time. it is a great place to get breakfast or have a meeting. when you visit the university of maryland medical center or the babe ruth museum, this is a great stop to have a meal.

What a GREAT place for breakfast when you are downtown! (Although I'm sure lunch and dinner is even better) I had an omelette which was perfect and loved the breakfast style potatoes! Great seasoning. Really good coffee to and extremely reasonable prices on everything. Will definitely go back next time I'm downtown.

"Highly recommend Sweet Peaz Southern Kitchen! The food is served fresh and hot. We were a party of eight and ordered Fried Whiting with Yams and Mac n Cheese, Chicken and Waffles, Fried Chicken Wings, Chicken Tenders, Fried Shrimp, French Fries, and Collard Greens. The Sweet Potato Waffles were absolutely delicious! The fried chicken, shrimp, and fish were cooked perfectly and tasted as good as they looked. The seasoning was just right—not too salty, allowing the flavors to shine. The yams and collards were a real treat for the taste buds. And the cornbread? Simply amazing. My only disappointment was that the first taste was free (haha). The Mac n Cheese was decent, but the Chicken Tenders didn’t quite live up to their name; however, they did remake them for us to take home. The space is small and simple, with old-school music that adds to the enjoyable dining experience. They limit dining to one hour to ensure everyone can enjoy the food, which I appreciate—I dislike when people linger for too long when others are waiting. The staff were friendly, making us feel valued and appreciated. Prices are reasonable. One downside was that many items were unavailable, including grits—which was a big letdown since I was looking forward to the famous Shrimp and Grits—as well as butter, potato salad, seafood salad, and tartar sauce. I recommend calling ahead if you’re craving a specific dish. Despite this, it was a great dining choice and lived up to the positive reviews. Overall, we left satisfied and would gladly return. Parking is street parking only, as there’s no dedicated lot."
