"Unfortunately, they don’t accept cash. They can't make a Negroni since they've stopped stocking Campari due to the pandemic. Initially, they cited cash flow issues, which meant we had to be selective about what we ordered. Then they mentioned supplier issues, limiting the number of bottles they could receive each delivery. I'm not sure what the real problem is. We enjoy the food and service, so we’ll return—unless I specifically want a Negroni with my meal or if they’ve managed to restock Campari. It's strange that management doesn't seem to be addressing this issue."

Just had another terrific experience at Pinstripes Edina with amazing service from Matthew. He was very, very engaging, fun, efficient and made the wonderful meal the total package for a nice mid-week, spur of the moment date with my wife. View menu

Pinstripes was outstanding for our lunch. The venue was clean and professional, the service was excellent and friendly, and the food was delicious and served quickly. We were even able to continue our discussions after the meal without feeling rushed. This is a fantastic spot for a business lunch!

Took my kiddo here for a mommy-son date and had a great experience. Our server was fantastic and our food came out quickly. I had the veggie burger, which is one of my favorite things on the menu, and he loved his bowl of spaghetti. Although not particularly catering to vegetarians, the menu does have plenty of items that either are, or can be ordered vegetarian.
