"She handed me the menus and promptly took my drink order. If only I lived closer, I think I would become a regular here. The drinks arrived quickly, and soon after, she requested our food order. We decided on Szechuan Beef, Curry Beef, and a bowl of Hot and Sour soup. When the soup arrived, I was relieved to discover it was a huge portion, and thankfully, I wasn't dining alone. It turned out to be incredibly flavorful—some of the best I’ve ever had. When our main dishes were served, they looked fantastic; the plates were neatly arranged, and the food wasn’t just thrown on haphazardly. I was still savoring my third bowl of soup when I thought I might need a wheelbarrow to make it back up the hill! The vegetables were crisp, the broccoli perfectly cooked, and the beef was incredibly tender. The curry in my dish had a generous amount, and its aroma was delightful. The portions were huge and offered great value for the price. Did I mention how amazing this soup is? I’m now on my fourth bowl. The server checked in occasionally, clearly amused by my enthusiastic eating. She even brought over some takeout boxes, but I was determined to finish everything! My soup bowl is now empty, and as I tackle my fifth cup, I can say the tea is hot and strong, just like it should be. A takeout box isn't even necessary—it was truly a wonderful meal. To wrap it up, it’s often said to never judge a book by its cover, and that definitely applies here. Chins is conveniently located just a short walk down the hill from the truck stop. The portion sizes are generous, and the service is excellent. I encourage everyone to give it a try and form their own opinion. You really have to experience this fantastic soup!"

Service was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The staff was attentive and friendly, making the dining experience very pleasant. However, the atmosphere was a bit lacking, rating 3 out of 5. While it was comfortable enough, the ambiance could use some improvement to elevate the overall experience. "During my travels, I found myself in Carlin, NV, where I stumbled upon the State Inn Cafe and Bar. This establishment used to be famous for its fantastic breakfasts, but nowadays, Saturday nights are all about Steak Night! I enjoyed a delicious ribeye steak paired with a sweet red wine, 7 Moons, all graciously provided by Robert, Christine, and Chris. If you’re in the area, be sure to stop by for great food and friendly people. They offer a bar, karaoke, and a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend for a delightful dinner experience!"

"We heard good things about this place, but they must have been drunk. The restaurant was dirty and smelled strange. The carpet is stained and dirty, the back hallway to the restrooms smelled like sewage and the bathroom was in need of repairs and a deep cleaning. The cook was in the kitchen smoking. Food was ok but not worth the high prices. My pork didn't taste fresh. I'm just glad nobody got sick. We won't be back."

"We ordered a bacon cheese burger and fish and chips. 4 stars for effort I can see where he’s going with his food. Big fresh thick burgers home cut fries and hand dipped nice fish filets. I was excited for a luscious burger technique execution needs work the grind on the burger was weird chunky hard to chew needs a finer grind or 2x through the grinder also dry needs an 80/20 mix for flavor and juice. And give option of well done or medium well. The fries need to be blanched and then chilled fried for soft inside crunch. Fish was fine but greasy. Turn up the heat on the frier will help with fry’s fish. Oh and the bacon was 1/2 raw real limp. Toss that in the fryer too?. This could be fabulous with a bit of inexpensive cooking techniques. Rooting for you!!"
