"This restaurant was chosen by our son for to celebrate dad's my hubby birthday. We love Mexican food and had not been there yet. Making the reservation on my phone was easy and user friendly. When we arrived, we were greeted and seated by the staff. Then the gentleman came around and we got the avocado dip entertaining to watch him prepare it and we enjoyed it very much. I normally do not eat avocado, however, I did like this. There was an array of food choices, appetizers, etc. We chose the seafood enchalada apologize if I didn't spell that correctly and the lobster enchalada with rice and twice cooked beans. IT WAS DELICIOUS, and we had enough to take home and enjoy a second time. We plan to get it again upon return, then continue down the menu. That will be fun. The atmosphere was relaxing , we loved the decor more upscale than some Mexican restaurants we have been in. The service was quick, charming and helpful with whatever questions we had. What a gem this is. We can't wait to return. Keep up the good work. Oh, yeah, the prices were very wallet friendly. We had five people in our party and the bill including tip and endless beverages was"

I have been to Plaza Azteca times now and each time I went back I enjoyed it less and less. The service was always a little slow. I have ordered the same entree each time I went and it was different each time. Not very impressive

I've been here a few times now, and each time is better and better. The service is great, the food is great, and their drinks actually have alcohol in them! Would recommend to anyone Also if you're a fan of guac, order the tableside guac. They customize it the way you want it View menu

Personally, I prefer Don Pablos if I want this commercial type of Mexican. No real complaints, but nothing to rave about. Change the sign and logo and you feel like you are in just about any Mexican chain. Food was quick and hot.Service was quick, it was pretty dead in there on a Saturday afternoon.Nothing to write home about, but nothing to stop anyone from giving this place a try

The food was outstanding! of our party of had been here before but it was a first visit for of us and all of us were very happy with our food, drinks and atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the fresh guacamole prepared tableside. My husband and I both had the Pina Loka which are fajitas prepared with and served in a grilled pineapple. My daughter and her boyfriend shared the Fajita For Two which was a very generous portion of Chicken, steak, shrimp and pork. Everything was delicious. There is a large selection of Margarita flavors both frozen and on the rocks. We hope to become regulars at Plaza Azeteca in Sicklerville

"I don 't like writing this kind of review. My wife and I came to this restaurant after reading these reviews, after shopping in South Jersey. We shared a played of Fried Taro. That was tasty. I had the Massman Curry. It wasn 't the best, but not bad. Avocado was an odd addition to the standard recipie. My wife had Tom Yum with Tofu and Pad Thai Chicken. Just as we started to leave, my wife said she started feeling a weird headache in the center of her forehead, dizziness, inner ear pressure and flushed face. On the way home and for the rest of the night, she has been feeling odd pain in her head, face and neck. After some research, we are concluding this is from an allergy or other reaction to MSG. They do not state if they do or don 't use MSG. Another troubling thing. As I was paying the check, the waiter (owner? told us that we would get a free Thai Iced Tea for every five star review we leave. This is a sketchy way to gin up your review stars average! He said we can do it now. I said no, we will do it later, if at all. He said they do this because they are in a rural area. I don 't think cheating reviews is cool in any area, rural or otherwise. We eat in a lot of rural restaurants that don 't need to skew reviews. I suggest you stay away from this restaurant. We won 't go back.
