"The food here made me sick.I ordered a dinner from here, and at first I though that I should go somewhere else when the woman on the other end of the phone had the hardest time understanding what I was ordering. She had no idea whatsoever what was on the menu or how the food was prepared.The food was ready and waiting (read: sitting on a shelf getting cold) faster than they said it would be.I brought my pizza home and it was a greasy mess.Than, a little while later (later that night), I woke up to being very ill. Their food was what did it to me. The next day I called up to let a manager know that there was a problem, and he said (quote) What do you want me to do about it. in an extremely dismissive tone.Nearly 12 hours later, it 's still making my life miserable as I am still retching from this experiance.I recommend not eating here as strongly as I can. The food is subpar, and causes discharges from both ends.Vegetarian options: Most of what they have is meat free.Parking: Lots of parking for free."

Went here to get some pizza, and all I see is some dudes in the back handling peoples food with no gloves, no hairnets. They walk around the kitchen with food on their bare hands, it's disgusting!!!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was lacking, as we waited 40 minutes for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, the pizza was cold. I apologize for already having taken a bite, but that just adds to the authenticity of this review. The pizza I ordered was excellent, and I had heard that it tastes even better when enjoyed in the restaurant—I've no doubt that's true. The baked Buffalo wings were incredibly tasty, the kind that makes you want to lick your fingers! I have no complaints whatsoever.

I ordered two ham grinders, but there was barely any meat on either of them. They packed them with vegetables to make them appear full. I called to ask if they could remake the grinders or issue a refund, but they refused to do either. The manager was quite rude and unpleasant. The customer service was very poor. I won't be spending any more money at this restaurant.

I ordered a pepperoni grinder, I asked for it cold I received it hot. So I asked for them correct it cause I never get a hot grinder. The request was met wit attitude, and what I received was a grinder with lettuce that was a bit brownish, I asked for xtra mayo and I did not get that either. I ordered from here on doordash and was so nervous because I had looked at the review on doordash and it was well rated but when I came on google the reviews were awful. I was nervous for no reason. I ordered chicken parmigiana and it was amazing! The portion was good, the ingredients were quality and the flavor was awesome! I don’t under the poor reviews! I would definitely order again and would love to try different things!UPDATe: I tried their lasagna and it was perfection. Their sauce is amazing!!

Normally the food here is excellent but i went here for takeout and was given burnt pizza and denied a refund despite being a customer here for years and spending a ton of money including leaving large tips. The staff even knows me and my order by heart. I order the same things all the time. None of that mattered today. I can honestly say I will never spend another cent in this establishment. I will never eat here again. They don't care about their customers like I thought they did. Just money hungry with no compassion and no concern for customer relations.
