"Worst spot for food I have ever encountered. First off, the store smells absolutely nasty (literally like p**p). Should have been my first red flag. I ordered the simplest of things, and everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. Instead they gave me a stale plain bagel with a sliver of cream cheese. If you couldn’t make it, just tell me and I would have eaten else where. This place should be called “R U Ready to Be Disgusted?” as it would be better suited."

Great food, good service, and great prices. Not much more needs to be said, you got tons of unique subs to choose from and they are all loaded! View menu

I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time. The food was delicious, and I ordered the chicken Caesar salad. It was a healthy and tasty choice.

It was my first time here with my friend and we both loved it a lot! Aside from the food, the manager was so sweet and made sure I got my right order. Definitely recommend!

their customer service is not good. they do not answer any questions when they are asked. simple answer they give is that I don't know how they can trust someone to eat if they don't know what they do. Eating is good overall. good place to eat. price is also expensive. View menu

So upset with my first experience. The service over the phone was smooth however, the pick up felt rushed and my food was not well prepared or tasty. I ordered the #1 and a side of wings. My burger wasn’t warm and the wings were not cooked all the way. I hate this was my first experience. Very disappointed to spend $18 plus for this .

I recently tried the sandwich at Fat Le Grand 52 and it was absolutely delicious. It had a combination of blue cheese, jalapenos, mozzarella sticks, turkey bacon, and buffalo chicken that I had never experienced before. As a hungry NJIT student, I have a tight budget of only $10 per day for food, but this sandwich was worth every penny. I devoured it in my dorm room and will definitely be going back for more in the future.

"On Wednesday 12/06 I went to Banzai Sushi, I have never received such bad service in my life… Every time I remember my experience, I get angry, the waitress is rude and has a horrible attitude! It's a shame because the food there is wonderful, but the service is so SO BAD that I lost my appetite. When I got there, there was some water spilled on the table, she took my stepfather's DIRTY NAPKIN to clean it and just left it there. When I asked for things she responded with an ignorant, rude tone. My partner doesn't eat any type of animal protein other than shrimp. So we asked if we could replace the salmon with shrimp in a poke, she checked in the kitchen and said everything was fine. When she came back, I placed my order and she was doing something at the other table, but said to continue because she was listening….my partner also talking about swapping salmon for shrimp at the end and the waitress replies “so it's not like that at all what you want, is something different” and simply left leaving us talking to the wall. When our order arrived, my order came out wrong. I called her and she simply replied “BUT ALSO, WITH HER MAKING ALL THIS MESS WITH SALMON AND SHRIMP…”, sorry, but for me that was the end of the bite. It's okay to get the order wrong, I know it happens, but blaming the customer? Every time she passed by our table I saw her making faces and looking at the kitchen. I thought it was a huge lack of respect, we are paying customers. On top of that, it also includes a 15% tip. Normally, if I receive good service, I will give 20%, after all, I work in customer service and value professionals in my field. And if the service was just bad, I wouldn't bother coming here to report it... But it was horrible"
