"I am so disappointed with my recent experience at Raimo's. My husband and I have been loyal customers for over 30 years, but after our last visit, he declared "never again!" We placed an order for pizza and were given the number 41, with a pick-up time of 20 minutes. Even though my husband arrived on time, he had to wait 45 minutes for our order. Despite asking about the status of our pizza, he was told to wait a few more minutes. When he finally received our order, 65 minutes had passed since we initially placed it. It was frustrating that no apology for the delay was offered. It seems like they no longer value their customers."

Absolutely love this place! Certainly miss the Italian Icees. Spinach calzone states just like a remember it. Cheese pizza was awesome. Chicken park was delightful!

decent red sauce italian. good, sweet italian with beautiful (if a little half-hearted service. the place is rarely busy and it is likely the adjacent pizza operation that keeps it afloat. good menu over all with a few quirks (no salat comes with a lasagne, but it comes with aubergine parm? . I can not help but wonder if they have a much needed paint and a little bit of such potential.
