"Good food bad customer service. So it's my birthday today and I want to go to red lobster...I know, I know, but then my daughter tells me she doesn't like it and wants to get food from here instead because a few years ago they went and said it was awesome. So me being me, I love trying new places so sure why not. Right?! The gf worked all day and didn't want to go out. So we door dashed. 140 dollars later....we get 1 weekend special and 2 country boils. We got them in 3 big clear bags tied up and 2 of the bags were missing their 1/2 lbs of shrimp. So that's a whole pound of shrimp missing. We call door dash they tell us to contact the restaurant n see if we can go get the shrimp. The daughter ordered so she called and was told to contact door dash even after we asked them to make it right? The restaurant said they don't do that. We call door dash and they said they would give her a credit of 18 dollars. This is a case where they could have just let us get our pound of shrimp. It was good food but know this before you go. You will be taking the shells off the shrimp as well. Some of the shrimp we did have were not deveined completely. They could probably charge a little more and would have more flavor if they were shelled shrimp but I don't own the place. The wife had to make some of the shrimp we had here to make enough for the 5 of us eating. I hate beating restaurants up but when they don't make it right it upsets me. If you try this place don't door dash go in. I'm not go or order from here again and door dash is not getting my business again either."

I ordered the catfish basket and fries. I asked were they filets? The man said yes.... Not nuggets. This food had no seasoning. I asked for hot sauce an salt. I'm sorry this was not able to help this food. I'll pass!!

Dirty windows and doors, Dirty mirrors in the bathroom. That should have told to turn around and go somewhere else. They should care about cleanliness. The food was not that good. But maybe it was the thought that they couldn't keep the windows clean and doors. Wonder what the kitchen was like. So I would never go back ever.

I paid full price for a LUNCH SIZE serving of shrimp chicken pasta. I couldn't believe how small the serving was, the box wasn't even halfway full. In addition, the pasta was dry and hardly flavored. I ended up adding alfredo sauce from my cabinet. Lastly, I was still hungry when I finished the pasta, that's how big my serving was. This was my first experience. ???????? View menu

This is based one the interaction I had with the staff...... While I have never ate here the staff is super friendly, I was doing laundry in the same strip mall of their location, I ordered some food and they didn't give me a fork. I walked down the red crab and asked, they hooked me up and was super kind. Will be back soon to check out their food, based off smells alone it should be very yummy!

This place is phenomenal!! Id say best tasting seafood in Ohio. And i was raised in new Orleans???? The servers name was coreyanna she was amazing i recommend requesting her ???? we had an assortment of dishes and drinks and all of them where more then worth it I recommend the strawberry long Island and for food the snow crab and crawlfish!! Go for the Monday night special you will not be upset i can't wait to come back ???????? if I could rate higher then 5 I would ???? so no joke back in the day I said they need to do a lobster bisque and guess what they did ??????????
