Went for my daughter's 24th bday with my parents. The wait was kinda long but the server we had was polite and very prompt.

Had a piece of plastic in my loaded mashed potatoes.. they only took it off the bill. Didn't over a different side to make up for it

We went in kinda late on a Friday. Place was dead. The waiter paid us no attention to the point where he didn't receive a tip. Sorry. We couldn't even get our cups filled. Food was good! View menu

We were not satisfied with our wait service. It took quite some time to even get our water at the start of our meal. The food was good but the service was just not this time through. Philippe could use some work in our opinion on his attentiveness and friendliness.

I worked at Red Lobster in college, years ago. First time I have been in a while, and I have to say I was slightly disappointed. They weren't crowded, but the service was slow and the portions of food were small (as I know what used to be served). However, the food tasted well-enough, especially for the price.

Husband and I went out for a celebration lunch. We were seated and greeted quickly. Ordered two lunch specials with shrimp, which were delicious. Of course, my husband took advantage of those cheddar rolls that they bring to the table too. Our waitress who served us had a great personality and checked back with us several times to see if we needed anything and refilled our drinks. We had a really pleasant experience. View menu

Not sure about Red Lobster anymore, things have really changed regarding the food. I ordered fish baked potato and salad, the fish was greasy my salad was drenched with salad dressing. The only food that I can say that I really still enjoy was the cheddar biscuits, but I'm not sure biscuits are worth paying over $30 for. This is the second Red lobster location I visited since the pandemic and both left me not feeling the visit was worth the money paid.

Early dinner on a Friday @4:30 p.m. No waiting for a table. I'll be honest Red Lobster isn't at the top of the list or really on it at, when we are trying to decide on a dinning location, but we happened to have received a gift card some time ago. So with somewhat low expectations, to Red Lobster we headed. We started with fried green beans and of course there was cheddar bay biscuits. Both being very pleasing, and hard to stop eating. My dining companion ordered the lobster pizza (from sta … – show

"Let me start by saying the food saved this review from being 2 stars. I was alone for dinner, so since this Ruth's Cris was connected to our hotel, and I had not eaten at a Ruth's Cris in almost 20 years, I decided to splurge and have a good steak dinner. I chose to sit at the bar so as not to take up a table. The bar was fairly busy with patrons when I arrived, but after 10 minutes it decreased to about a 1/3 full. I ordered a glass of red wine, the wedge salad, and the classic filet, medium-rare. The wine and salad arrived in a reasonable amount of time and both were good. The lettuce was okay; the bleu cheese crumbles+dressing and bacon crumbles elevated it to good. My filet took awhile to arrive. When it did, it was closer to medium-well than medium-rare. For the first time in my life, I sent the steak back. Another ~15 minutes went by and the manager himself delivered my steak, take 2. This one was properly cooked: medium-rare, and it very good. A while after I finished 1 of the 3 bartenders asked if I was done, and I asked for a dessert menu. I opted for the cheesecake with berries. Another ~15 minutes went by and it arrived. The cheesecake was probably the best part of the whole meal, but I don't know why it took almost 15 minutes to bring it to me unless they had to make it from scratch. There did not seem to be a lack of wait staff, the ones at the bar appeared experienced, the restaurant was ~1/2 full, so I can only guess the cooking staff was the issue. I say that because I heard a table near the bar had an issue with their food, and the manager had to come out to another couple at the bar and smooth them over for their experience. As I said, the food was good and it saved this review from being 2-stars. The staff attentiveness was sporadic, and neither the bar nor the tables were more than 1/2 full while I was there. Atmosphere is upscale steak house: if you've been to a Ruth's Chris before, you know what to expect. So all in all, I will keep my future visits to high-end/high-priced steak houses to other venues. Feel free to give this Ruth's Chris a try for the food, but don't have plans to be anywhere after dinner because you could be here awhile."
