"Must have been an overall bad time to go about p.m. No host or hostess at the entry podium. Only the bartender was visible and shouted from the bar in the back he'd be with us shortly. Took awhile and others behind us appeared even more impatient. Think they were hit by customers surprise and definitely didn't expect it or able to handle it. Bartender did the best he could against overwhelming odds. Food was good although the shrimp Scampi Walt size were definitely much smaller than normal. Same price though. Apparently salad is no longer included with dinner same price too. Manager knew nothing about the Open Table points program. Would recommended a different Red Lobster location if there was one close by. Oh well"

Not many options for my spouse with a dairy allergy. Once we found a main course that would work, the sides were a struggle. Even my meal, the salmon bowl, was merely okay. The salmon was dry. The edamame was cold. I guess there's a reason we've stayed clear of Red Lobster for 20 years.

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant around 3:45 p.m. There was no host or hostess at the entrance, only a bartender who seemed overwhelmed. The bartender tried his best to assist us, but it was clear that they were not prepared to handle the unexpected rush of customers. The food was good, though the portions seemed smaller than usual for the price we paid. Additionally, the salad that used to come with the meal was no longer included. The manager was unaware of the OpenTable points program. Overall, we would recommend trying another Red Lobster location if one is nearby.
