"We ordered our food and were disappointed to discover that they did not have any of the items we ordered. We had to reorder or request a refund. The complimentary bread was taken away as soon as we sat down, and the staff began to clean up and close the restaurant while we were still eating. The food was disappointing, not fresh, and the pasta was soupy. The only positive aspect was the nice staff."

Did not stay to even eat. Had to order off a menu before you sat down like a fast food restaurant. The cook staff and waiters outnumbered the customers. It did not look like an inviting place to eat so we left.

I've been going to rigatonis in Hayward, castro valley, and Dublin for years. Good food, good portions, not to pricey. Tons of bread for shipping in the sauce! That's the best part! I ordered a pick up and they couldn’t find my order, then left out the carrot cake I ordered which my husband had to ask for. He came home and i found out that they left out the drink as well. I called the store and explained for 20 minutes and was told to call 800 number for a refund. Not a good experience

Ordered and sat down just to find out they didn't have either thing we ordered. Had to reorder just to be told if you don't see a refund call us back. They took away the free bread as soon as we sat down and started collecting and picking up the restaurantas we ate. Food was terrible!!!! Not fresh. Soupy pasta.
