"Solidly unimpressive, just-okay experience. The unlimited! self-serve bread bar is perhaps their greatest selling point. Otherwise, all the food tasted just meh. I ordered a chicken pesto pasta lunch special $16.60 including tax , which comes with a salad or soup, and drink bar access. My pasta flavor was underwhelming and texture was slightly overdone. Veggies in my minestrone soup were crunchy in an undercooked way. Service was fine; food came in a reasonable time. I just wouldn't come back again because of the lackluster cooking. TBH, you might as well purchase a quick microwave or stovetop meal from Trader Joe's that tastes/feels better at less of a price."

I forgot the name of the pasta I got but it was pretty dang scrumptious. My only issue was that the sauce didn?t stick to the noodle as much as I wanted it to, so I had to clean the sauce off of my plate with bread. The bread and butter tastes great!!

We went at 1:00; it was quiet and not busy. Background music in the friendly atmosphere. The food was good and the portions more than sufficient. My companion and I agreed it would be a great place to bring friends for a casual but nice, lunch or dinner. View menu

This is the second branch of the one in Castro valley. Very good and new looking style.more space and room. Good food, service, and the bread is always my go to favorite. The problem is not food or service.just maintenance. Tables are wobble and walls new some touch up paint. And they be in the best business.

The food was underwhelming—certainly not better than store-bought meals. The pasta was overdone, and there was no genuine cheese, only a faint brownish tint. The vegetables in the minestrone remained uncooked. I was expecting a quality Italian experience, but the French bread fell short. Having just moved to the neighborhood, this restaurant didn’t meet my expectations.

We stopped by the bread bar to enjoy a variety of breads with our meal. Our drinks arrived quickly, and soon after, our salads were served, followed shortly by our main dishes. The food was tasty and served without delay. For dessert, I treated myself to two delicious slices of lemon cake and chocolate chip cake. Absolutely delicious! I would definitely come back to dine here. View menu

If you appreciate bland hospital-style meals, Rigatoni's is the place to go. The dishes on the menu lack any real flavor, as if they were seasoned by the diner. It seems more fitting for an older crowd. My steak arrived completely unseasoned, without a hint of salt or pepper. The chicken fettuccine alfredo was flavorless, and the chicken itself was dull and lacking both taste and color.

The food was alright. It sure wasn’t worth $16 plus tip. It felt like a $7 meal. They give you a big plate to make you feel as if you got a good portion. It does taste like it was microwaved 5 minutes before. It feels like a bad taqueria than a Italian restaurant. The beverage selection is minimal. Nothing exciting or interesting. The table cover looks like 10 years old. Would I eat here again. Definitely no. I hope y’all fix this restaurant before it fails. Got another year, if its run like this. Parking: Kinda hard to find the entrance to the parking lot

"We settled in and started with samosas as our appetizer. The crust of each samosa was a perfect golden brown and not overcooked, which was a promising sign. The potato filling was lightly seasoned and tasted fantastic—I would definitely order that again! For our main course, we chose Saag Paneer, Daal Makhani, and a basket of four vegetarian naans. We requested that our food be prepared medium hot. While the Daal and Saag Paneer were delicious, they could have used a bit more heat; I’ll need to ask them to spice it up a bit next time. Our bread basket included fenugreek (methi) naan, aloo paratha, hara bhara (green) naan, and pezaa naan. The first three were simply delightful—I could have been completely satisfied with just those for my meal. However, I wasn't fond of the pezaa naan, which includes cheese, onions, and dried fruits; it had an overpowering onion taste, so I won’t be ordering that again. While we were dining, two ladies at the next table noticed our order and struck up a conversation; they turned out to be regulars at this restaurant. They agreed that the food is generally served mild and could benefit from a bit of extra spice. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It’s definitely worth multiple visits and is one of the best spots to experience Indian flavors. I’m even considering catering food from here for my future parties!"
