"I ordered a pizza and was told it would take around 25 minutes, but I ended up waiting 40 minutes instead. When I approached the counter, I discovered that my order hadn't been made at all. The staff explained that there had been a printer issue and that they were preparing my pizza at that moment. As compensation, they only offered me a small cup of ranch dressing. I will definitely not be returning! To make matters worse, my pizza looked awful; it seemed like they just hurriedly threw it together."
