"We went to lunch yesterday 7/17 and we both got the fish taco plates with beans. I got rice with it. The beans were the consistency of soup. I took one bite and it was somehow gritty too. The rice had no flavor. I had to add salsa to make it taste like something. The fish tacos were good at least. The table we sat at was super sticky. We checked the other empty tables and they were sticky too. I got Rubio's from Doordash last month and the rice was so underdone it was crunchy. Against my better judgement I gave this place another chance. I am from San Diego and this is not the Rubio's I grew up with. The prices have gone up and the quality went down. I spent $28 for 2 meals. I may as well have went next door to Texas roadhouse and gotten better food. This is the last time Rubio's will be getting my business."

I LOVE Rubio's. We go there every time we come to Arizona, Wish they'd come back to Utah. Fresh delicious food!!! Takes could have been a little cleaner, but other than that, fantastic!

I’ve been going to rubios for over 10 years ana for the past 5 only order from this loc. Rubios shirmp gourmet tacos are my favorite. They have cheese, avocado, bacon, chipotle. You should try they are my favorite menu item. Plus the salsa bar has delicious verities of salsas.

Gone down hill! Very dirty, not helpful, empty condiments forks napkins. I asked for some and a guy said it wasn't his job! When I went to order a few more tacos, they said they were out of fish but it was a lie! They took orders for otherpeople and they were served but not me.

I love rubios but I will NEVER go to this location again! Took about 30 minutes for a to go order, the rice was one big clump and was way over cooked. The chicken was under cooked. But hey, atleast the girls working there have no personalities andhorrible customer service skills! The guy that took my order was the only decent help there. View menu

This location is NASTY!!!! Food was cold cold cold. Employees stand around chatting and joking around while Salsa bar is half empty and disgusting. Garbage?s overflowing to the point where there was nowhere to put trash. Not once did I see and employee wipe down table after customers left. Trash all over the place. Just a disgusting place that serves cold food.

This restaurant has gone downhill! It was very dirty and the staff were unhelpful. There were no condiments, forks or napkins available. When I asked for some, a staff member rudely said it wasn't his job. Later, when I tried to order more tacos, they claimed to be out of fish, which was not true as they served others who came after me. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Waited for over 45 minutes for my meal. They then try to sneak a small bag of chips in lieu of my large bag that I ordered. Like that?s totally unacceptable. The side of beans was also about a quarter cup of beans? I didn?t order a child size. All in all itwas an absolutely terrible experience. Be wary and ask if you decide to go there then ask what the wait time is and if theyactually have anything that you ordered?. Cause they sure didn?t tell me much anything at all. View menu

Food was good the girls that were working have no customer service skills or personalities. Got there at 8:15 was not welcome so much except for the gentleman who took our order, he was very nice. As we were sitting eating they were doing their pre-closingstuff which is fine but at 8:30 one of the girls took all the caps off the soda machine so we couldn?t get a refill. Locked thefront doors. When my husband asked for a refill she said they?re closed. Whoever owns the store should really look into theiremployees because they suck! Hence the 3 stars and that?s being nice!!
