"Hello I came in on Mother's Day and I was very pleased with my ribs I purchased, and also with the young lady Crystal that greeted us as we can in the door she was very polite, and respectful, also the same young lady filled my sweet tea and bought me a to go sweet tea when my waitress was no where to be found, also the same young lady and a guy I'm not sure his name took our plates out of our way when finished which I thought was very nice and helpful. I wanted to leave a review because I was very pleased at the service we received, and how good my choice of food was. So I must say I will be returning to Ruby Tuesday's more often If I will receive service like I did on a Mother's special day. Thanks again Ruby Tuesday's and the employee's mentioned for making my Mother's Day special. 5 stars for Ruby Tuesday's in Eden NC on Van Buren rd."

I give 5 stars because the server/bartender Dre has been amazing every single time we have been there. He remembered our order after only coming in once and we came back 2 months later and he knew what we wanted. He is absolutely amazing!!!!

I had an amazing meal with a more amazing waiter. Spencer was accommodating, consistently checked on my family and I offered some wonderful side choices and drinks. This was a fabulous experience and Spencer was definitely the best waiter I’ve had in a long time.

I hadn't been to Ruby Tuesday's in a while, but today I had a meal catered by them and it was fantastic! The sliced roast, potato salad, and desserts were all delicious. I am definitely going to return to Ruby Tuesday for dinner, something I haven't done in years. View menu

Hailey is amazing. I wouldn't eat here if I couldn't sit in her section. The food was good, although it took a little while to come out because they were busy. The fact that they only pay their staff $2 an hour is not fair, so please make sure to tip if you receive good service.

Food and service were decent. First table was wobbly beyond repair, so I moved. Second table was filthy. A bit of a turn off really and I almost left because who wants to eat at a table that sat dirty for who knows how long?! Server promptly noticed and cleaned it up though. Ordering was a breeze. Got a slice of Cheesecake to go and called it good!

We went here tonight to celebrate my 21st birthday and our waiter, Spencer, was the kindest human ever! The food was amazing and so was the service. The food came out quick, Spencer checked on us multiple times and made sure we had everything we needed and a little extra. He even gave us a free salad bar and me a free dessert. Overall, just not a good dining experience, quite the contrast from the last time we ate here. Service was slow, wrong food was brought to our table. steak was overcooked...the best part of my meal was the salad. The atmoshere was fine and the waiter was nice, likely overworked, but I doubt we'll eat here again sorry. We spent over $200 on this meal...not at all worth the money!

My husband and I have dined at this restaurant twice before and had a terrible experience. However, we decided to give it another chance tonight and we were completely impressed. Our server, Kaylyn, was amazing. She truly made our dining experience exceptional. Kaylyn greeted us warmly as soon as we were seated and her friendly personality really stood out. I wish more servers were like her. She definitely deserves a promotion. We will definitely be returning.
