"First, I would like to start off by saying how very disappointed I am in the Ruby Tuesday Lumberton, NC location this past Saturday. When we walked through the door we were not greeted by the host. So to us it had already put a bad taste in our mouth but we proceeded to be seated by the waitress. As we were walking towards our booth a waiter was tossing food back in the bowls off the Salad bar that had been sitting outside the bowls. So we had already decided not to get salad bar, that was really disgusting to see because it could have been contaminated. We went to be seated and the table beside our booth had crumbs all over the floor it was so filthy. By this time I still tried to give a try but my stomach started to go left. When the waitress bought out my drink the glass was very greasy and filthy as well. So I asked her could I please have our drinks in to go cups she was very pleasant and went to go get the togo cups. As she was coming back to the table we had already decided to leave all together so I waited behind to let her know because my husband had, had enough. When I proceeded to tell her that she rolled her eyes at me like I did something wrong, which was very rude. I then could have told her the reason but I decided not too. I really think as a paying customer that feedback would probably help. This location needs to be shutdown for a day even a week to be revamped and cleaned throughly. It needs a deep cleaning. The floors were sticky and nasty. The windows and wood around the windows need to be clean as well. These are just a few observations. As well as customer service training. RUBY TUESDAY is a family staple. I would hate for this business to go down all because of customer service and cleanliness. It's a simple fix that can be very helpful to this business."

On Sunday afternoon, Stephanie was our server, and she brought such a positive energy to our experience. I really enjoyed having lunch with my family! The food was delicious, and you absolutely must try the ruby relaxer.

The food was ok but I think they seriously need to put more effort in to training the waitresses. Had to ask for a plate for my fathers appetizers. He also ordered a draft beer she brought him a bottle. When asked about sauces she said ketchup bbq sauce and honey mustard that's all I remember right now. I also had to ask for silverware. Our young waitress was fantastic, the restaurant was clean, and it had a great atmosphere. There was even a young man making balloon animals for the kids, who absolutely loved it! Everyone was polite and courteous. I would rate Ruby's a perfect 10/10 for kid-friendliness, with high chairs available and, of course, the famous Balloon Man!

**Restaurant Review: Kate the Waitress – Sunday, April 14, 2024** I visited this restaurant with a friend on Sunday and placed a to-go order. Kate was our waitress, and I found her behavior quite unusual. She wanted to take pictures of our coupons from our mobile app instead of simply writing down the coupon code like most waitstaff do. When it was time to leave, she handed us our receipt and mentioned that we could scan it to earn reward points on our Ruby Tuesday app. However, when we got home and tried to scan the receipt, we discovered that our points had already been redeemed. It’s clear that Kate shouldn’t be working here, as her actions seem dishonest. I want my tip back, Kate!
