"Had a great experience today. We ordered a hamburger with fries, a strawberry shake, and a hot chocolate. The hamburger was big, juicy, and very tasty. The fries are a thicker cut and my husband raved about the strawberry shake. My hot chocolate warmed me right up. Everyone was so happy and friendly, from the hostess, the waitress, the male server and a gentleman that we assumed was the manager. He asked how we liked the new menu and informed us that the burgers were now all Angus beef. We could definitely tell the difference. The portions were huge and perfectly cooked. It sure makes a difference to go to a place where everyone is happy. We refuse to go to the other OC locations because they act like they are just there to put in their time. Good Job Ruby's of Orange. We look forward to coming back."

Service not great. Main seating section was closed. Hostess put my party in the bar which was unexceptable due to having children in the party. A waiter gave us a quieter table. Food was ok. View menu

We usually really like this Ruby's in Orange, but the other day it was horrible. The burger bun was stale , meat was off tasting. The Cole slaw was old and we couldn't even eat it. Not sure if we will try again.

This charming restaurant feels like a place straight out of Disneyland. The food and service were both excellent. The menu is smaller than other Ruby's locations, but I was particularly impressed with their milkshakes.

We stopped in for breakfast during the week. I chose one of the lighter menu options that I always enjoy. Our server was friendly and very attentive. I like this Ruby location because it is conveniently situated in the Orange Station. View menu

We arrived at the restaurant one hour before closing and were seated next to loud music. When we politely asked to be moved, the girl at the front refused, saying they preferred to "start closing up." The music was so loud that we couldn't even hear the person next to us. The waiter was fantastic, but the girl at the front should consider a different position.

I ordered Asian/Chinese salate. it was not the same taste or taste as what I usually get when I order this from costamesa or whittier or irvine twog. not sure what was missing. it was the first time on this two g and I will never come back to this two g. the mood of this ruby is not the same as the other two. I also noticed that they have not the same white uniforms that others have. I wonder why, maybe it's a fake or wants to be rubys dinner?
