"Terrible customer service. My bf and I have gotten a few pizzas here over the past year. The pizzas are pretty tasty but the service has been terrible many times. Today was bad enough that it pushed me to this review finally. After waiting for the pizza to be made, it came out with quite a few toppings we specifically asked them to hold. No one apologized in the slightest for the inconvenience of having to wait around for another 20 minutes; and when the second pizza came out still looking not quite right, the woman on shift gave us a sarcastic attitude while explaining it was indeed the correct order. Even if it had been correct finally, which it still wasn?t, that?s not how you treat customers. We drive 45 minutes to pick up pizza from this place, but after the completely unprofessional CS today and lack of attention to basic order details, we won?t be giving them our business anymore. A simple genuine apology for lack of attention to detail would have prevented this outcome."

The experience was not good! The staff was not helpful or friendly! The owner who is the manager's approach was inappropriate. It seems as if it needs some updating and cleaning. We go there regularly to eat pizza. The pizzas are very good. There is a nice breeze on the roof top which makes sitting outdoors really nice despite the hot weather. The only thing they could improve is that the waiter should come and ask for refills of drinks. Usually we get just one glass of ice tea.

Locating the front door is a little mysterious and as your are traversing up a long narrow stairway you begin to question whether you in the right place.
