"Sage Bistro has always been our Go-To restaurant for special occasions. Honestly, the last two times we dined there, it has been good, but not very good or outstanding. They seem to be riding on their laurels now. Based on our earlier dining experiences, Sage Bistro isn't really killin' it these days. We visited Sage last year when we stayed in Cocoa. This year we stayed in Indian Harbour but we still made the trek to Sage for our anniversary. Even if we’re in the area only once a year, this is our fav. The food is always delicious served creatively and the servers very accommodating. As long as we’re in the area, we’ll visit Sage! Our server was fantastic. She was very attentive. Our food came out promptly! My husband had a wedge salad that was huge and he said was delicious. He had ahi tuna with stir fried vegetables. Again he loved it. I had the crab cake special. Crab cake was fabulous! It came with a delicious salad. I definitely would recommend Sage to anyone!

The food was very good and the service prompt. I especially liked the egg rolls on the tapas menu. Wine selection was also good. The restaurant does have a little bit of an identity crisis; serving fine food and wine with waitresses in t-shirts and shorts. It felt disconnected somehow. It did not impact the overall experience, but it did set a tone.
