"Okay this is a kind of a difficult review because some of it was fantastic and some of it were terrible. So the fantastic was my sandwich when I finally got a correct one. More to come on. That. Was excellent. I've been needing schlotzsky's for 50 years. Started back in Texas and high school. And the sandwich brought back all his memories and was just as good if not better than the original. So thank you for that. The atmosphere I enjoy the restaurants, upbeat, open and very clean. Now the part that really hard to say but the outcome was okay. Being as the kitchen is open as you can see in the picture, I could see the person making my sandwich at schlotzsky's. The bread and the meat goes through a rotisserie type of them like a Burger King. So the cook puts the product in the back and it what goes through and they wait for it to get heated up toasted. While they were wearing gloves at the build station, that person pulls out their cell phone, either text or since the head earbuds in change the music or whatever, but they fiddled with their phone for the entire time that the bread and me is going through the oven. Then is it finished the cooking? They put the phone down. Don't change the gloves and then proceed to pick up the shredded lettuce. Pick up the tomatoes, pick up the meat and put it on my sandwich and also with some condiments. Then hold the bread between their hands and cut it in half and then wrap it up and then walk over to me and smile and say here's your sandwich. So I asked to speak to the manager and the general manager came over. Tony was his name and I explained to him about the open concept in the way that I was able to watch this person handling their very dirty cell phone then making my sandwich. He just kind of looked at me. Like what was he going to do so I just hand that in my bag of sandwich and I said I'm not eating this and let him make the decision because I will see if they're going to walk out with nothing and he said oh well let me make you a sandwich myself. So he proceeded to go wash his hands, put on gloves, make the sandwich perfectly and out the door. I went. So it was a bad experience, but Tony did to save the day and the sandwich that he made for me was wonderful. So I'm sure they'll be no problems. If you come by, you'll get a great sandwich and I'm sure that those people have been in bondished and went corrected their ways."

Since I drove through there is no comment on the atmosphere. The food was so good!

The sandwich included black olives, which I absolutely cannot stand! That's not something I expect to find in a sandwich.

Great sandwiches and prompt service at a convenient location just a mile off GA-400 highway (exit 10). Also love the Cinnabon treats available at this location. View menu

The automated online ordering system is frustrating. It fails to accommodate custom orders, and there's no response when I try to reach a real person for assistance.

This has been one of my favorite lunch places since I was a young child. Every sandwich I have ordered has been the best meal of that week. Now if only I could order their salt and vinegar chips in bulk….

We went to Schlotzsky’s and it was drive through only due to Labor Day. The lady who took our order was extremely rude and had no patience. We asked what kind of chips they had and she responded with “it’s on the board.” Just rude.. On top of that, the prices are over priced. View menu

My sandwich was really good I did the pick two and got the Fiesta Turkey with loaded baked potato soup which was okay. Order the Texas tater tots ummm don't waste your money. Order wasn't correctly filled had to go back in. My Cinnabon was dry. The place was clean, staff somewhat weird, customer service mediocre. Again sandwich was great!

The dining area is still nearby. I had to go through. Mic was almost incomprehensible so the order was frustrating. Ordered two comb dishes and 2 packs of Cinnabons. They had to check if they were still at 3:30. Order. Rootbeer was flat and had to go back. The guy in the seating area sat there watching me while he ate, I suppose he was on the break. Finally, replacement drinks did not get original request. 15 minutes later, came back to the car and said son, he should eat while it was hot and then also discovered several hundred yards on the street they had?t put Cinnabon $6.99 2 pack) in the bag either. When I came back, no one answered the door, so I had to go through. Tell the staff that...

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bang Bang Katsu House, and I must say, it was a great experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles from the staff, creating an inviting atmosphere. The restaurant's interior is modern and stylish and the decor of its cafe side of the restaurant was very instagrammable worthy with the floral wall. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the katsu dishes. Bang Bang Katsu House specializes in this Japanese comfort food, and their expertise shines through in each bite. The menu offers a wide variety of katsu options, rice bowls, and ramen. For the table, my wife and I shared the bulgogi rice bowl, pork katsu, and tonkotsu ramen. The tonkatsu was cooked to perfection, tender on the inside with a golden-brown crust that gave a satisfying crunch. The bulgogi rice bowl had a nice balance of veggies, meat and rice. The ramen was just okay, but it was still delicious and satisfied our cravings. The service at Bang Bang Katsu House was impeccable. The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable, readily offering recommendations and ensuring that everything was up to par. The food arrived promptly, and the presentation was eye-catching.To top off the amazing meal, the dessert menu next door (Cafe Bora) featured some tempting options. I couldn't resist ordering the Purple Yam snow ball and it was the perfect ending to our dinner. My wife had the Taro Milk Tea and she also enjoyed it.Overall, my experience at Bang Bang Katsu House was exceptional. The combination of flavorful katsu dishes, attentive service, and inviting atmosphere made it an unforgettable dining experience while visiting Alpharetta. Whether you are a fan of Japanese cuisine or simply looking for a quick meal, Bang Bang Katsu House is a must-visit restaurant."
