"I had high expectations because it’s Bobby flay, but was very impressed with everything. Great service- very attentive. Food was amazing- we had 2 rolls, spicy tuna and soft shell crab. Both were fantastic with great presentations. Had a japanese green peach for the first time which was a great pallet cleanser. For the entrees we had grilled octopus, squid ink pasta, and fried chicken. The best was surprisingly the fried chicken- the best I’ve ever had! And at a seafood restaurant at that. We had a couple desserts which were also very good. I’ll definitely be coming back! Only downside is it’s a little pricey, and some of the portions were a little light, but you get what you pay for."

Wonderful restaurant. I was with a friend and we both agreed that everything we ordered was full of flavor. Our wait staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Will return next trip to Vegas. View menu

was very nice and you could wear casually. the prices were good because the parts were on the small side, but what we ordered was excellent. my wife could treat the spicy heat, but mine stayed for one. the service was top notch. all in all, I would go back.

Bobby Flay has done a great job with this restaurant concept. The LatinAsian fusion provides a fun and flavorful menu. Lots of unexpected options and combinations. We ate about a dozen dishes and they were all excellent. As usual the staff was well trained and personable. We all loved the experience

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
