"this is one of my favorite places, and I always take my extra-city guests here when they visit. they offer coffee and tee (they have a great tea menu), but they should ask for vegetable milk. they also offer a whole range of beer, wee and cocktails, including a super tasteful **** mary. for eating they have full menus to breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner all day. they also make fresh pastries every day and normally have specials on board vegan options include a delicious plant-based breakfast tostada, crazy good pastel flour (ask for mandelmilch instead of milk on the side), and amazing erdnus butter sandwich cookies. I do not remember if there are eggs in English muffins, but when they come here they ask! They are milk-free (except the butter on the side, but they can do it without) and they are the most delicious English muffins I have ever had."

sideboard is a charming rustic caffe with decent plant-based options. all vegan options are characterized as those that make the dinge super helpful. some menu items can also be changed vegan. the mushroom enchiladas were amazing! the only negatiw is that everything at sideboard is a bit expensive. other than that, a cute little place with plentiful sitting opportunities in free and veg options. Haven’t been back around this neighborhood in quite some time and thought of this shop. Decor and setting remains the same but the food serve is a little different than how I remembered it several years back. Food was good, taste like it was made to order. But for a side of tots and a bowl of soup cost equivalent to one entree is quite something…I guess it was dinner pricing? Service was good and it was a Sunday free parking day which I suppose made up for it.

Single cash register place that sits over 50 people plus all the to go. It took us over 30 min in line to get to the order counter plus another 15 to actually get the coffee. The line built up behind us way out of the door. No one was even remotely in a hurry. 1 hr and 20 min since we got there… and the food was NOT ready. So we just left without getting it or asking for refund. Get another cash register person at least for the weekends. Definitely not worth it!!
