"I will not be back. Ordered a coney and fries. The coney had WAY TOO MUCH MUSTARD. Way more than chili. The fries were old and cold. I had to leave immediately after getting my food so I didn’t realize it til I got home. They refused to fix the issue or even give my money back. This place has really went downhill. They use to be fresh and very good. Sad. Train better or do better. I blame the general managers and the manager on duty. It all starts with you! The carhop was a sweetheart. I’ll give you that much."

Sitting around watching the manager and workers, joke and have social hour for a solid 15 minutes before bothering to get our food cooking. Ridiculous.

It took 30 minutes to receive a slush and two chicken wraps. The slush cup was not cleaned properly and was wet and sticky on the outside. Additionally, some of the menu boards were not functioning.

shorted me 7 bucks on my change for a tip I guess then I get home and look at my food and they gave me a breakfast burrito that's maybe an inch and a half long with nothing in it. avoid this sonic at all costs

When I order ice cream it should be melted so bad I can drink it. Also if I pay for extra toppings that doesn’t mean take my money and then put less. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! Also why do the workers run off before I can ask a question or even tell them they gave me someone else’s order ?!???

I only ordered a burger and an Oreo blast, and you would think that’s hard to get wrong, but they managed to do just that. I requested extra Oreos, and there were barely a few sprinkled on top. The burger was incredibly soggy—so much so that the outside of the wrap felt wet to the touch. It was honestly disgusting.
