"On July 3rd, I ordered two Caesar salads with chili at this restaurant. I specifically asked for one without onions, but it was still included. Additionally, my salad did not come with the requested dressing. I ordered another salad with extra cheese, but it did not have any cheese on it. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager, but was told that I would receive a refund on my card. It has been a week and I have still not received my refund. I called again last week and spoke with the manager, who apologized and promised to follow up on the issue."

Sonic is one of my favorite fast food places to go. I live mainly her ice cream. I'll get her ice cream. Plus their car hops are pleasant and friendly always.

Spent nearly $60 for our large family meals and was very dissatisfied. Food was cold. Cheese sticks were hard as rocks. Every meal was bad. We won't be going back (again) for awhile now.

The drive-thru was closed, so I parked and waited for 5 minutes to order, but eventually left as there were no other customers or drive-thru orders. It was a very disappointing experience.

We waited about 20mins to get two drinks and a burger tonight. The burger tasted like it was made last week, cold, meat wasn’t fresh and hard. They wouldn’t return the money but made another one and it was the same way. $4.00 for a nasty burger!! View menu

online ordered it picked up in less than 10 min and our double cheese burger was a single, my flat koks should have extra cherry taste, it had no, and yes, the koks was flat, our burgers were cold. the only thing that was good was the mozzarella sticks. oh, and my burger should be light on the mayo, let's just say, sloppy chaos

Additionally, they forgot to put my ketchup on it. I also ordered another dog with mustard and relish, but it didn't have either of those toppings. I called the restaurant to speak to the manager, who said he would refund my money back onto my card.
