"I feel so bad leaving such a low rating because many of the employees are so friendly and accommodating. However, more times than not, the orders are wrong. For example; we order blasts and they aren't mixed well, so the candy is all on the bottom. Or the cups have holes in them or there simply isn't hardly any candy in them. Again, they're great at remedying the issue but there comes a point where you wonder, why can't it ever be done correctly the first time? I also have a problem with the fact that they charge for cherries in a cherry beverage. If I want a real cherry in my cherry coke, which is supposed to be included anyway (I talked with corporate), they will charge you for it. I keep a ridiculous amount of free route 44 receipts and always get charged for my cherry. That's crazy. I've been going to sonic for 30 years and this just recently started happening when I moved to chickamauga. There is one female in particular who always seems to be in a foul mood but I don't come across her often. Mostly young kids who work here and perhaps that's why there are always errors when we come. We will continue to come because it's literally a mile away, but I hope they can resolve the inconsistency errors with some extra training."

Foods typical sonic fare but don't drink your soda too fast because they do not allow free refills! I have never been to a sonic where you cannot get your meal drink refilled!

Ugh!? Absolutely gross!!!! This places chicken fingers were revolting, I couldn't even eat more than 2! They also would not refill an 8 ounce water cup! Fries were mediocre but 9/10 would NOT recommend.

Excellent service, we had a bad experience waiting at a local restaurant and after nearly half of hour of sitting at a table, we left and came here. Food was hot, fresh, and service was great! Thank you Sonic! View menu

Did the last person really rate this place one star because they couldn't get a refill? I come to this sonic all the time and they have never messed up my order, combine that with friendly service and you got 5 stars

What part of ONLY lettuce and mayo do y'all not understand?! Every single time I order a Junior Deluxe Burger with ONLY lettuce and mayo, there's always cheese on it! I'm lactose intolerant. I can't have cheese. It's soooo frustrating. STOP PUTTING CHEESE ON MY BURGERS.

Food was mediocre but the service was dreadful. Waited forever and when the lady finally gave me my food at the drive through she just handed me the bag without saying a word then shut the door. I didn't even have time to ask for ketchup or anything. She was very rude and I would be ashamed for someone to act like that if she represented my business. View menu

I always receive fairly prompt service at this Sonic. The order ahead works great and the order is always correct. I'm only doing four stars out of five because I feel like it is not the cleanest of the local options. There are other places that go above and beyond to have a nice facility. It doesn't stop me from going there but isn't one that I will intentionally drive out of the way for.

I asked them 8 different times how many pieces of chicken they usually put in their popcorn chicken because I didn't want to order a bunch. They couldn't even do simple math to tell me I had to ask 8 different times! They should know THEY MAKE THE FOOD, you can't just not know how many you put in, you make them everyday. I don't give a shit about the ounces nobody measures how much they're going to eat by ounces. I hate teenagers they're always so rude stupid
