"I don’t normally write reviews, but this place was so good it really hit the spot after day long conference sessions. The food was exquisite with beautiful flavors, the perfect spiciness for my palate. I ordered the spicy beef yakiudon, and the flavor exceeded my expectations. Several of my business partners whom joined me to dine ordered various other dishes, and we were all in agreement that the place was excellent. The ambiance of the restaurant suited the purpose of the establishment, allowing us to enjoy the experience as well as the food. A lovely place to grab noodles in Austin."

I would not eat here ever again, even if I could not smell or taste. Everything was obviously frozen food heated up with various seasonings. Worst meal of my life. View menu

I visited the restaurant today and tried the South Cloud Ramen. I noticed a significant improvement from before, which was surprising. I also spoke to the manager and found out that the place is under new management now. It's definitely worth a try!

This restaurant should discontinue serving Ramen as it is poorly made and lacks flavor. I feel sorry for anyone who enjoys their Ramen here as it does not compare to decent Ramen. The curry miso tap water is disappointing and the chashu pork tastes more like boiled sliced pork.

my man and I had the Tonkatsu wheels with pork and added huh. the hunch was tasteless, the black was not much better. the broth itself was not rich in taste, it was definitiw lacking in some seasoning / crustling. our dizziness were quite good, and it was sincere the highlight of the meal! I received my order through Grub Hub earlier and initially thought it was a mistake. I ordered the Chicken Katsu Ramen and was disappointed to find that it only had a small amount of corn. The broth was lacking in flavor and the noodles were overcooked. For $13.50, I was expecting more. I was looking forward to trying a new Ramen dish, but ended up with a mediocre experience instead.

To give credit both the veggie broth and kimchi broth were perfect and delicious. But the noodles tasted like $1 ramen, the sides were missing (Postmates order) and my biggest complaint is the lack of corn from 2 different ramen bowls that had it as a topping, one of which was the veggie bowl where you’d think veggies would be strongly featured. Also the veggies that were preset in the veggie bowl looked like they were cut in a paper shredded and poorly cooked. The ajitama egg was only half of an egg which was a little disappointing but well cooked and marinated.

"I literally just made a review but I’m going to make another one because for whatever reason someone or somehow it got deleted. I used to be a regular at Bouldin and the service was always amazing but my last two visits have been by far horrible. The service has been so poor that I felt disgusted when leaving the restaurant. There are two girls that work there with light brown hair and blue eyes. Pretty sure one of their names is Rego. My boyfriend and I were served by her before and she seemed nothing but annoyed and couldn’t care less if we were in her section. Barley even interacted with us or asked how our meal was and just seemed disgusted by us, just being rude passive aggressive for no reason at all. I’m a server and I KNOW this isn’t how you treat your guests and the same thing happened tonight. She just seemed like she couldn’t care less if we were there and just seemed annoyed? I don’t mind paying the gratuity if I’m being treated decently but that wasn’t the case and I feel as though they feel like they think they can get away with behaving like mean girls just because there’s a gratuity. I have friends that dine here as well and they have had the same experience. I’m not one to write reviews but I feel this needs to come across a managers attention so they know who they are hiring and how they are treating customers. Really disgusted and disappointing and if this gets deleted again I’ll write another review or just call the store to speak to a manager. Disgusted by their behavior."
