"Very low quality food.1) I ordered Gongura chicken Biryani , Rayalaseema Chicken Curry, Chicken Fried Rice and starter as Gobi Manchurian to eat in with family. I asked them to make it medium spicy and they are not at all tasty.2) Also they have given Gobi Manchurian pure deep fry. It looks deep roasted. After I asked they have prepared again but still not good.3) I got the Biryani and when we saw the Biryani, it was basically white rice with uncooked marinated chicken under that. This is just plain cheating. Never come again. @Management, please get this resolved as quick as possible. Sorry to give you this kind of feedback. Giving this feedback to improve from your end."

Mutton Biryani is Tasteless. Service and cleanliness are deadly poor. Not worthy for the prices.

Low quality and tasteless food. I tried chicken Biryani 65 and it seemed like if you are mixing chicken Manchurian and Rice. Absolute waste.

This is a nice venue for hosting small events at a reasonable price. There is plenty of parking available, and the location is great. Food: 3/5.

Absolute waste! The lady behind the counter behaves as if she hates working there. Very rude to customers. Biryani is nothing but a disaster. Never coming back. View menu

Careful! They always overcharge you! Look at the item price carefully, you will see an overcharge. A small example is Tea. Listed price is 1.49, you will pay 2!Dishonest.

Poor customer service and very, very dirty. It smelled good when I walked in but once I saw how rude the service and how dirty I did not even eat the food. I left and will never go back.

Worst food, dirty place, how are they still open. This needs a health inspection. Dosas look like crepes, not actual dosas. Chicken biryani comes with ONE (1) piece of chicken. Does not even taste good. Not worth the price. What a waste. View menu

Biryani Palace and Curry Point occupy the same space, likely due to ongoing renovations. Unfortunately, there is construction equipment scattered around the dining area, and both the tables and condiment holders are dirty. We decided to try the paneer biryani, and it turned out to be the worst biryani I've had in the Seattle area. The rice was bland and lacked seasoning, and the paneer tasted stale, resembling tofu more than authentic paneer in both texture and flavor.

I've been going to this restaurant for almost four years, and 9 times out of 10, the food is poorly made. Unfortunately, I don't have many other options, so I'm stuck eating what they prepare. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, as it feels like a waste of money and could negatively impact your health. They don't seem to care about their customers, only about making money. The quality of the food is so low that I genuinely don't understand how they stay in business. My advice? Steer clear of this establishment.

"Let me start by saying the food, presentation and wait service has been good to excellent on our 1st and 2nd visits over the last two weeks. But we definitely need to address a totally unacceptable response to an issue we ran into last night. Just after our 1st visit on 12/30/22 we called to inquire about their Corkage Fee which was stated as $35. We then booked another res for 1/7/23 for us and another couple and bringing a nice 08 Cab to share with our guests. So the bill arrives with the ridiculous Corkage of $45 shown. I nicely asked our waiter to reduce the charge to $35 and advised my wife had specifically called in to check it just 2 weeks before AND at $45 we would have not brought our own wine as $35 was bad enough. So here comes in tandem the Ops Director Ms. Martin and Chef/Owner Mr. Moore to say bluntly its $45 and that 's it. They couldn 't have cared less my wife had called in and Mr. Moore blurted out here 's the deal, we make no money on people bringing their own wine . They stood glaring at us in a demeaning way like how dare you to have questioned our policies? We paid our bill and left. So here are my closing comments on BIS On Main. We have spent over $640 on our two visits in recent weeks. You could have easily said okay, we will adjust this time but please be aware of the increase in the future and all would have been fine. Secondly, Mr. Moore should reconsider his very inappropriate comment about not making any money . Are you serious! So as they say, It will be a cold day in hell........"
