"We've ordered from this Chinese take-out restaurant a few times, and it has consistently been good. The hot and sour soup is flavorful, thick, and silky, with just the right amount of heat to clear a stuffy nose. I also enjoy the Szechuan shrimp. It's a bit odd that the fried rice doesn't contain egg, but I typically opt for steamed rice anyway. We tried a tofu dish that didn't quite hit the mark, and the cheese rangoons are more like a fried cheesecake—more dessert than appetizer—but still delicious. We would love to see more vegetarian options, but overall, we've been pleased with the food, and the service has always been friendly whenever we've visited."

This place may not be gourmet Chinese cuisine, but we do have a few favorites like Spicy Sichuan, Hunan, and General Tso's Chicken. Every few months, these dishes really satisfy our cravings without needing to go too far.

I moved to Allen 7 years ago I used to go buy Chinese food at honkon express but soon they closed.then I tried to find a new Chinese restaurant to go.luckily, I found Stacy Chinese express the food there is really good.the place is so clean . The eggroll is must have,fresh and crisp.sesame chicken is my favor there.I now order there at least three times a month,you do the great job guys thanks a lot for the great food.

It so good!!!. The food is so good there! it's like heaven only with lots of food. My friends and i enjoy going there and we meet there after school. Our parents also encourage us to go there more often because my friends and i are wanting to be a chef when we grow up. I like chinese food too and it is so close to my house. Sometimes the menu also changes and we get to try new things like the cheezy shrimp and the edmane! they are so delicious!!! if i could choose the world's greatest, best, most delicious resturant ever, i would choose STACY CHINESE EXPRESS!!! XD
