"absolutely loved this place! the service was excellent. it was our first time there and I had no idea what to order. I had my two little children with me in the drive-thru. They could not decide and the man who took my order was not only patient with me, but super helpful! it was really a great overall experience. the food was fantastic. I'll be back to a steak n' shake soon! Unfortunately, I am not very often in the aftermath of this, but if I am ever, I will certainly turn on."

The shakes were great! The burgers ,not so much. They were greasy, and bare, no onion, tomato, nothing.

There is no reason what so ever wait in a ride thru 25 min with three cars in front of you. Oh and by the way, my food was cold! Let better people!

So you don’t switch out drinks if the tea is bad? If I paid for a drink that shouldn’t taste sour why can’t I switch out ? Which I was told by a manager or supervisor. I didn’t have a disagreement and just drove away but that’s bad service.

Burger fries and soda late night, open on July 3rd until 10pm. Very friendly place. Now self-service. You order at front kiosks, they make your order, and call your number. Makes me really miss the waiters/waitresses. The lady that helped us get our food and ketchup.
