The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the food was surprisingly delicious for a fast food place.

Delivery was bad, the cook. Not the deliverer. Over cooked the bun and sent it anyway (prob bc it was delivery)

I dined at the Newnan location and had the combo burger meal, which was delicious. While I was there, I observed a customer ahead of me spending $50 on their meals. It's remarkable to see that this restaurant is still thriving, even amidst the challenges brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic.

The location ice cream machine was down/broken during happy hour which was a bummer. My burger was extremely salty, but the lady who took my order was nice. So good customer service, but the food was not good on this visit. I have visited this locationbefore and everything was good, henceforth the 3 stars.

I was disappointed to find that the burgers were greasy and not up to par. The food was excellent a decade ago, but it has significantly declined since then. They really need to bring in new staff to help restore the quality of both the food and the service that used to be so good. I'm left wondering what happened, as it appears there may be some issues with management. View menu

Want a good old fashioned hamburger and fries? You can't do much better than this place. My only criticism is the pricing for the side orders of bacon it's a dollar for each piece and they're pretty small, thin pieces. My son eats 6 pieces as part of his breakfast and his costs more than my wife and I combined. We'll still come back but maybe take a look at the food cost on your bacon?

Terrible. We thought that we would enjoy our meal at steak 'n shake since it had been so long since we ate there. We wanted to go there remembering our old times that we had there but it was a terrible experience for us all. We all stated that we would never come to this establishment again. We had to wait in the Drive-Thru for about 15 minutes. We could have went to McDonald 's and got a heck of a lot quicker service and better service at McDonald 's. The cashier appeared to have an attitude and not know the menu. We will never eat at this Steak 'n Shake again.

I had no burger in a past, so I decided to get steak’nshake, as I wanted a chocolate milkshake. I was a little disappointed at the burger. I ordered the double-burger with the caramelized wobble. I asked for crispy speck and additional pickles and swirling. I have a burger without the extra crunchy speck, without extra pickel. I wondered why my bill was $15.37. when I came home and opened the bag, I had my fries and tweebel rings, a double-burger and a single burger and my milkshake . Both burgers looked like they had been sitting in a box for a few time. they just threw up some wobbles. of course I was not satisfied.
