"Not sure what the experience is like during the day, but later at night, customers order from a touch screen and receive an order number to listen for. This is efficient and probably due to the restaurant being short-staffed, but it does change the dine-in experience. The touch screen didn 't realize the other night that the restaurant was out of coffee, so I paid for it and then was told Oh, we don 't have that.. and no refund/replacement item was offered. Aside from that, the employees were friendly enough. The food still tastes like Steak 'n 'Shake food, and the restaurant was as clean as you would expect for a moderately crowded, late-night spot."

Literally made me sick for two days. Plus frenchfries weren't even full.. pathetic took 20 minutes to get this junk. Their $5 shake isn't worth a dime. This meal was handed to me by the manager. Can you believe it..

Usually this is a decent experience. never terrible, but never something special. this time I waited for 45 minutes for my lunch and an hour for my shake. the cheese tasty funky and there were definitiw bad milk or ice used for the shake.

Definitely can't complain considering many aspects And it's probably one of the only Places with a dining room open after 8 o'clock.. And it's The only one I could think of that's open all night. Service was would you expect anymore...self service But none The last food was hot and good.

I don’t understand some reviews. The food is very affordable yet tasty. IMHO it’s better than that hyped up In n Out. Food is ready super fast. The dining in experience is well maintained. I had a problem with my order and the nice lady in charge quickly resolved it in perfect manner. What more do you expect? View menu

I have been to this place for most of my adult lives and it is always solid. I believe they are currently independent and under new ownership. I had to get up here and say they're doing such a fantastic job. the orders are always correct and the food is fresh. it is nice to see good looking salat and tomaten on the burger. whoever is the dame that leads the ship in the evening is a real angel.

the personal we really have nice! but the place is dirty, especially the bathroom. the shook are 5 mice and are not good at all. And they order on a computer, I paid extra for whipped cream and cherry on five shakes, did not come with him. And when I asked, they said they didn't have that and have no refund for what I paid for? the burgers were good. we starved there, but not back, and would not recommend.

I'll say I miss the personal interaction of a server, but it's just a sign of time. this place was great. freshly made fries and everything we had was fresh. the staff were so friendly. I also saw the formation of a new chef and let me say that she was so friendly and very helpful in her teaching. with this new kiosk order we were at some different locations, and this is by far the best location. will definitely be back. parking: many parking spaces. easy entry and exit. Accessibility: beautiful long wheelchair ramp with stepless entry. View menu

I will say I miss the personal interaction of having a server, but it's just a sign of the times. This locations food was great. Fresh made fries and all the food we had was fresh. The employees were so friendly. I also witnessed the training of a new cook and let me say they were so kind to him and very helpful in their teaching him. We've been to a few different locations with this new kiosk ordering and this by far is the best run location. Will definitely be back.Parking: Plenty of parking. Easy entry and exit.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice long wheelchair ramp with step free entrance.

The cheapest burger place you will see with pretty good shakes. If you are on a budget or looking for a cheap dirty bulk, you can get a burger meal with fries for just $4. The burger itself is pretty flavorless but their shoestring fries are decent and you will be really full and greasy after eating. The milkshake is massive and is around $5, but when you go in for happy hour, it's half off and more than worth it. This place is never too busy, has multiple order kiosks, and the service is quick. Inside is really cold from the ac, and the bathroom is kinda dirty but it's whatever. Highly recommend.

"Highlights: great boneless wings, house-cut fries and sweet tea. The shrimp is lightly breaded, lacking seasoning and not crispy. I feel that the shrimp poboy 6pc)$15 is overpriced for the quality and taste. I can spend less and get a much tastier shrimp poboy that comes with tomatoes and a hot side for a lower price elsewhere. ... It was our first time at Shuckers on a Friday night at 6:45pm. There are maybe 50 tables and probably 75% seated. Before we came we looked on their website for the menu. We walked in and were immediately seated by our server who served drinks right away. My partner's sweet tea $2.99) was excellent, not too sweet. I always order water but the water here had a bad aftertaste. We ordered Appetizers: boneless wings $6.99 6pc)and fried cheese sticks $7.99. The cheese sticks were not hot and gooey where the hot cheese stretches after you take a bite Try the best ones at Redline Diner). The boneless wings were great, perfectly crispy. I tried the shuck'n hot wing flavor which was mild to medium spicy and sweet, no vinegar taste. The ranch dip is house made but not as good as most house-made ranch. My entree was a shrimp poboy $14.99). There were 6 medium shrimp that were lightly breaded and not crispy, and not seasoned enough. It was topped with shredded lettuce and sweet tartar sauce not remoulade as stated in the menu). It would have been better with tomatoes. It came with kettle potato chips or sub fries for $2 more). My partner ordered the shrimp dinner $17.99 9pc medium) with side salad shredded lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion), 2 hushpuppies and house-cut fries that are not crispy but delicious. These shrimp were the same that were on my poboy and my partner agreed that they were disappointing. I feel that the shrimp poboy is way overpriced for the quality and taste of the food. I can spend less and get a much tastier shrimp poboy that comes with tomatoes and a hot side for a lower price Try Tricky Fish). We had a great server. We plan to come back to try the stuffed shells, fried zucchini and chili cheese fries, and the brunch menu on Saturday. We didn't have dessert but in addition to the desserts listed they also have regular and pumpkin cheesecake"
