"My kids are usually open to trying new foods and enjoy a wide variety of dishes, which is fantastic. However, there are times when they crave their familiar favorites, and for them, that's Subway. I believe that, among fast food options, Subway is one of the healthier choices available. I must say, I've always experienced excellent service and quality at every Subway I've visited. The location on the Seward Highway is particularly impressive; it's exceptionally clean, and even with COVID protocols in place and other customers around, the staff were both quick and friendly."

horrible customer service. I was in there with my family we were the only ones and we had to pay twice because (not a big deal) but a woman behind the counter made a huge deal throwing a sub into the toaster rolling her eyes just making it not a great experience.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! Although I had to wait a bit for my takeout order, I understand it was really busy yesterday and they only had two staff members working. One of the employees has been there for four years and handled the pressure really well. The food was excellent, and I believe this is the best Subway in town!

The manager served me and I have never had a worse experience of customer service in my life.She talked over me multiple times. And got my order wrong. When I tried to correct her she talked over me again, called me ‘hun’ and ignored my request.I love subway and I have a high tolerance for BS. she is the single reason I will never come to this subway again. the sandwich tasted good and the service was decent, but we noticed that the nice was in a rough shape. I cooled half a sandwich that I ate the next day. later in the night, while at a friend house, I began to get cold sweat at a lean pain before recognizing that I got food poisoning. I was very sick all night. we think it could be on a wrong walk with the sose or flesh that was on the sandwich. that never happened to me.

I apologize for the negativity, but I feel compelled to share my experience at the subway. Typically, I'm satisfied with my visits, but this time was different. I noticed the salad had brown edges, and the tomatoes were unappetizing, which made me feel like they should have been replaced with fresher options. Additionally, I ordered banana peppers to go with my sandwich, but only received five on my foot-long. I had to request more, which was quite disappointing. I hope this place improves in the future.
