"I had gone yesterday to get a vegetarian sandwich and it did not taste good. I think there was a new girl who works there and she did not know how to make a sandwich at all. It was like she was throwing all the veggies and sauce in the middle of the sandwich, but not nicely placing the veggies in. There was barely and flavor anywhere else besides the middle. It did not taste like what I normally get. It seemed as if she was rushing to make my food when there was no one else behind me. I will never come back to this location!"

I was disappointed with this Subway. The soda machine was out of order. The bottled drinks were poorly stocked. The chips were poorly stocked. One bread option was not available. And, not all the dressings were available.

Although they don't accept coupons, the customer service is outstanding. When my order was incorrect, they quickly refunded me and also provided free cookies, chips, and drinks. Additionally, they bake fresh bread every day, which tastes delicious!

$13 for a salad!? You gotta be kidding me. And they didn’t even had croutons. I had to correct the employee at least five times, she seemed like she didn’t want to be there. And I only paid $7.70 at a different subway the previous day……something isn’t right View menu

Ordered two regular turkey sandwiches and watched girl behind the counter put 2 thinly slices of meat in each. When I asked why the skimping on protein, was told do I want double protein for additional cost.. Come on people, when I want a turkey sandwich, I want turkey in it.

I placed an online order for pickup through the app and arrived 25 minutes later, expecting my food to be ready since it should have been done about 10 minutes earlier. However, when I got there, they hadn't even started on my order. I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes for my food. I hope they can improve their timing in the future.

I visit this Subway primarily for their freshly baked cookies and bread, which are fantastic. The customer service here is also outstanding. When I happened to wait in line longer than usual, they kindly offered me a complimentary chocolate chip cookie! Just a note: they don’t accept coupons. They usually have only one person working. Online ordering doesn't make any difference. If you go to Express Pickup, they will still serve everyone in the ordering line until they even start making your sandwich. I went 20 mins after my order and ended up waiting for 2 customers who entered after me. Not the first time this happened to me here. Lesson learned, order online, go in 5 mins and wait in line like everyone else. Terrible customer service! And they are super slow too!

This is my favorite Suwbay in Fremont. The way they later sandwiches is perfect to prevent sogginess and their bread is so soft unlike other Subways with fresh ingredients. In the morning I see fresh coming out of the oven everyday! Their customer service is really good. I wanted to try their new sauces without having to add them in my sandwich so gave me on the side.They are bit short staffed at the moment so it could take a while sometimes but for the quality I would come again and again!
