"Recently, it appears that the prices on the menu have increased and the portion sizes of the subs (meat and cheese) have decreased. Fortunately, my daughter enjoys their meatball subs, or else I don't think we would dine there. However, the customer service is consistently excellent and they always make my daughter feel involved in choosing her order. This is a major positive aspect of our dining experience."

The staff seem to rush you and often talk over you when you're trying to place your order, which comes across as quite rude.

I eat at this Subway inside of Eastgate Walmart a couple times a week. Workers are friendly, and they always make my sandwiches just how I like them with lots of mayo. Nice and clean. Highly recommended.

Honestly, Shay made me one of the best subs I have ever eaten! The balance was perfect, the toasting was beautiful, the whole sub was built with both generous and judious choices of my chosen ingredients...Really awesome!I was NOT expecting anything great here, but it was a treasured lunch experience!

My son and I stopped in for a bite after a shopping trip at Walmart. The staff was friendly and attentive to my son's picky eating habits. My daughter was eager to grab some Subway as we left Walmart. When we walked in, someone was in the process of paying for their order, but the staff member informed us that she wouldn’t serve my daughter because she was closing 45 minutes early, simply stating that she was tired. This experience reinforces why we prefer Jersey Mike’s. Subway consistently offers subpar service.

It should NOT take 36 minutes for this person to make a sandwich!!!! When I walked in they were dancing behind the counter, knowing dang well there were 2 DD orders that needed to be made/ picked up. Then the person stops what they 're doing to hook up the cherry coke flavoring. This person needs to learn what a PRIORITY is!!! Honestly, THE WORST customer experience I 've had at a Subway...EVER.
