"I live in Bath, NY where this subway is located and would love to come in for great subway sub's and salads but every time I have come in to this particular Subway I always find myself leaving upset. I have been to many subways around the country and this one is the worst by far. Customer service is AWFUL. Slow is an understatement and if you have a question or ask them to explain why a single chicken chopped salad is $7.50 when a double is $7.25 they act like they are ignorant and never think to call the manager. I left my salad behind I was so upset. Do yourself a favor. If you want a fast and comfortable experience go to one of the other fast food restaurants on that strip just off Rt. 86. Shame on you Bath Subway!"

The only time ever, I had a bad subway experience....a stale roll, the egg apparently fell out , and so I had what I could salvage a pepper and cheese crumble.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, the sandwich was delicious, and the place was very clean. Plus, they offer free Wi-Fi, which is a nice touch. And I can't forget to mention the amazing iced tea! I would highly recommend this spot.

I have no complaints about the food; it was excellent. However, I noticed some issues in the men's restroom. The soap dispenser was empty, the trash bin was full, and the lighting was quite dim. I wanted to provide an update: the lightbulb in the men's room is still dim, and the paper towel dispenser is also empty. View menu

First, they are out of meatballs. Second, they are out of wraps. Third, the guy that made my sub was wearing pajama pants and a big lip ring. Then I get home to eat my untoasted sub and the Italian bread is rock solid. I took one bite and had to throw it away. Overall terrible experience. I will happily drive 2 miles down the highway to the subway at the Pilot truck stop.

Avoid at all costs. The workers are extremely friendly but incompetent. Hot food was allowed to get ice cold, toppings were stingy, and presentation was horrible. Phone orders took precedence over all in person guests, even with a long line. When made aware of my upset, the employees couldn't have cared less. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere anywhere else for your dinner.

We stopped at the particular one twice during our time spent in bath. The only reason we stopped in was to give us lunch for the day when we were out on the lake. Both times the workers were both incompetent and extremely rude. It is what it is considering it is a subway. How is it you order a sub online at 3:30 for pickup at 4:35. Get there at 4:40pm and the sub wasn't even started? I grabbed the soda I ordered with it, she looks at me and said you have to go to the end of the line. I said picking up my order and she's like oh yeah there was an order and laughs but still have to wait another 10 mins. before I get my order. Very disappointed with the service, very immature staff.

It was a pleasantly quiet evening, and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. I ordered a Veggie Delite sandwich without cheese, on honey oat bread, loaded with all the veggies except for banana peppers, but added jalapeños instead. The server was friendly and efficient, and I was in and out in less than five minutes with my takeout order. This was my second visit, and once again, the vegetables were fresh and delicious.
