"Sugoi Sushi is one our favorite places to eat in Corvallis. The sushi is very reasonable, you pay per plate so you get to try lots of different items. Plus there is a fun conveyer that guests can pick sushi from. When it is busy it can take a while to get food that is special ordered (not on the conveyor belt), but it's not too bad. Definitely worth a visit for anyone who likes sushi or anyone who wants to try it out."

The quality of the sushi mirrors the current economic climate of 2023. It’s delicious, but you can definitely tell that some dishes have been made with less expensive ingredients, like imitation crab meat. Food rating: 4/5.

I'm just so stoked there's a conveyer belt sushi joint in town. Staff is always friendly, it's super laid back, and the food is good. It's not gourmet, but it's tasty and affordable. Always my go to when I'm in Corvallis.Food: 4/5

I really enjoy getting sushi here. One big advantage is that they allow substitutions if you don’t like something (you do need to buy the whole sleeve, which comes with two servings). It's also quite a sight to see the conveyor belt filled with so many options. Food: 5/5. View menu

Went here for my very first time, sushi was great, but I ordered 4 sushi plates they gave us something else. They lost our order on the chicken yakisoba. Waitress needs to check waiters more often, then sit and play on her phone the whole time. They need staff bad.Food: 5/5

Delicious sushi served by the plate on a conveyor belt. Plates have between 2-4 pieces on each, and this style of service allows you to choose different flavors easily. You can also custom order a plate if you don't see something you like on the belt. Very affordable and very delicious.Food: 5/5

While I've had better sushi elsewhere for a higher price, and the ambiance isn't particularly remarkable, I would still highly recommend this restaurant. It's definitely worth a visit. I love going here. Im a weeb so conveyor belt sushi is my go to for a minimal contact authentic experience. The wait staff is always on point. And even when there is a long line you usually get seated pretty fast! The vegas roll is banging. The only thing I personally want to see in more japanese restauraunts is authentic japanese music.
