"I visited this restaurant for the second time with a friend on a Saturday night. We enjoyed some tapas and a bottle of excellent wine from Bordeaux. The new menu was much better than before, with exceptional products. We tried the gambas and chorizo skewers, the frisee salad, the scallops, the beef carpaccio, and finished with a delicious chocolate cake. The service was as lovely as before, with attentive and professional owners working there. The music added to the overall great experience. We will definitely be back soon."

The menu had a decidedly French twist which we weren't expecting, but enjoyed. Very friendly attentive staff.

We were surprised at the limited menu-only tapas. We shared different sliders, duck, salmon shrimp, kale salad polenta balls. Everything was good, not great. Wines by the glass were pleasant. Vocalist singing jazz standards accompanied piece band was a nice touch. It has more of a nightclubby atmosphere better suited to drinks and snacks than dinner. View menu

The burrata was absolutely amazing, the hummus was incredibly refreshing, the shrimp dish was delicious, and we couldn't get enough of the chicken skewers. We also overheard the table next to us raving about the brie cheese dish, so that's definitely on our list for next time. The music was fantastic and we will definitely be returning to this hidden gem. A friend recommended this place to me a while ago, and I regret not coming sooner. It was well worth the wait!

it was my second time, my friend and I came on a Saturday night, had tapas and a bottle of very good wine from bordeaux. we order from the new menu, which is much better than before. the products were really excellent. we had the gamben and chorizo-skewers, the hairline salad, the scallops, the bark carpaccio and then a chocolate cake. the service was as beautiful as before, it seems as if the owners work there, very attentive and professional. and the music is definitiw a plus. will soon be back.

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
