"I have been wanting to visit this restaurant for years to see the cats and kittens, and they definitely did not disappoint - they are so adorable! However, the food was also fantastic and the atmosphere was perfect. I tried their homemade mushroom soup and quiche, both of which were delicious. While parking can be a bit tricky, they do have a small dedicated lot if you are lucky. Don't let that deter you - it is definitely worth driving around the block. After your visit, you may find yourself seriously thinking about adopting or fostering one of the cats or kittens."

Very cute place with an excellent menu and service. Lots of gluten-free offerings. I had delicious gluten-free pancakes. Breakfast is served until 2pm! Parking is right in front but is limited.

It's a fun place to see cute kittens in a very relaxed comfortable atmosphere. Overall the food was just okay and a bit pricey, although the pancakes were very good. The Cafe should offer a kids menu for eggs and pancakes View menu

We can't seem to resist returning to the Black Cat Cafe once we discovered it. The food is exceptional and the staff is friendly. The chef is entertaining, creating a cozy atmosphere that feels like dining in your own home (with comfortable chairs) all while supporting a good cause.

I have dined at the cafe before and I will say the same thing each time. I love this place. The people are wonderful. Always trying to please. The food is good and always fresh. The pricing is good. Such a nice atmosphere. They make you feel right at home. I will be back again soon.

It's a small restaurant and the server told us that on the weekends it can be crowded for breakfast, but at dinner on a Friday night it was almost empty. The food was made from scratch including the soups. The cream of mushroom soup was particularly good. Everyone really liked their sandwiches and the ice cream desserts were ridiculously good. The restaurant was busy on Mother's Day, but some staff members made us feel uncomfortable by asking us to leave after only 45 minutes. It was a mistake on their part and they tried to make it right, but once someone is asked to leave on Mother's Day, it's hard to stay and enjoy the experience. Most of the staff was pleasant, and while it was a bit crowded, it was to be expected on Mother's Day. The overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the high price of $50 per person for what was offered.

Recently opened for dinner, this restaurant was a bit slow on a Saturday night, but we enjoyed a wonderful family meal! The staff was friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious burgers and grilled cheese. The setting was unique and kitschy, as it is a cat cafe, and my kids had a blast visiting the kittens housed in the front entry room/gift shop. I also picked up a key lime pie to go, which was excellent. Overall, it's a fun and casual option for a unique dining experience, and we definitely plan on coming back!

"Our waiter was an absolutely horrid man. I don’t know if he was having a bad night due to a personal experience but he was rude from the absolute start. It seemed like everything we asked for was a burden on him. I also didn’t like that we were sitting right next to where all the wait staff had to go to put in orders because he came over way too frequently. He didn’t let my husband order his stake the way he wanted. When my husband ordered the blue cheese butter he had the audacity to say “you won’t need it” but at least he let him get it. This guy also acted surprised when we asked for the bill and didn’t want to take food home. The only food left to take home was my food and it was all seafood. I never take seafood home and why does it matter so much to him? It’s like he had a personal stake in how we do things. I will say the sushi wasn’t great but my lobster bisque was fantastic and so was the lobster Mac and cheese. Unfortunately I just wasn’t particularly hungry so I didn’t eat much. Which should be something that’s okay with him because we are paying for it. He also shoved the dessert menu at us after I asked for the bill. Buddy, I didn’t finish 2/3’s of my dinner, why would I order dessert?? He was much nicer to the older diners across from us I noticed. I don’t know his name or I would absolutely call him out but that’s what happened to us. Unacceptable."
