"I saw the r&b first Saturdays on Instagram and thought making the trip to the Bronx could be cool with good music and good looking food. It was impossible to make a reservation for the brunch. I tried for November and December and decided my friends and I would just show up and hope to get a spot. We arrived at 2. Parking isn’t the best around there. We were able to put our names down but were told we wouldn’t be seated until 3:30. We hung out by the bar. Got drinks. We waited the hour and a half and we’re not able to get a table. There was a party in the back and the place isn’t that large so that could be why we were unable to be seated. We slowly got seats at the bar and maybe around 4:30 we were able to secure 3 seats together. The bartender was confused when my friend order our drinks (which were listed on the menu) so that was like .. what didn’t you get? I had the pumpkin spice espresso martini for my drink. It was really rich and tasty. The flavor or spices on top got annoying towards the ending though. The water from the bar tasted weird to me but I think it was all the pumpkin spice flavor I had coating my mouth lol And we ordered food at the bar as well and it was almost like the guy dropping the food off and the bar tenders were trying to avoid eye contact with us so we couldn’t ask for anything else lol I mean i guess I shouldn’t be expecting the best food service seated at the bar but they could have checked in. The food wasn’t bad. I had a veggie burger with fries. They had old bay fries which I was under the impression my friend ordered for me. My fries seemed regular. the veggie burger was okay but since they weren’t taking real food orders at the bar it was literally just a patty on bread. The patty was flavorful but no bread/biscuit basket like they advertised in that Instagram and I didn’t have the opportunity to make it any better. The spot was cute. Lots of people. It got HOT in there but the 2 DJs were great and the music was a vibe. If I was able to make a reservation for brunch I’d return. The people at the tables looked like there were having a great time lol I’d say we enjoyed ourselves but it could have been better with proper seating."

Bottomless was really bottomless and it was gooood. I was told their biscuits are great and they are. I got the chicken sandwich biscuit for my entree for the bottomless brunch prefix and I loved it. My friend got the chicken and waffles and that chickenwas amazing! I thought it’d be like tenders but it was big pieces with bones and super crispy. So so good. Great brunch spot: View menu

I went to the R&B Saturday Brunch (December). It's a nice spot with good vibes, and the server was polite and accommodating. I ordered the chicken and waffles, which were good, and my table did the unlimited bottomless for $25 per person. The sangria was okay; I wish it was a bit stronger, and the unlimited bottomless should be $25 for the table and not per person. All in all, I will be returning.

I went here for R&B Saturdays. I wasn't privy of what time the live DJ started but I did not see a DJ there. Maybe the DJ started that evening. So I didn't get to play pass the mic and sing songs. Nevertheless, I had chicken and waffles, it was good! I also had bottomless Sangria, that tasted okay. I wish the bottomless was for the entire table. I'll be coming here again. hopefully when there is a live DJ.

I used to go to this place when it was The Piper's Kilt and PK Grill, but this is a fresh new (decidedly more Bronx decorum) take on this neighborhood location. The servers are all pleasant and attentive, the drinks are moderately priced and it's always a pretty cool atmosphere. No drama, no nonsense, good music and a DJ on the weekends. I haven't tried the food there lately, but will do so soon enough and come back to update. View menu

Went for a Sunday brunch that was at first a party of two but later became a party of more. The servers and hostess were incredibly accommodating in getting us moved and seated while keeping the bottomless mimosas flowing. Even when my group got a little rowdy discussing the finer points of federal/state/municipal housing policy, the wonderful staff was kind enough to let us air out our grievances while continuing to serve mimosas and Henny punches. Let me know if you don't like Bronx Public so I can fight you.

Visited this place for the first time this past weekend with my husband. We arrived around 10pm on Friday night (ladies night) and was surprisingly seated right away without a reservation! The ladies were far outnumbered by men, but I must say that thisplace was a complete vibe! Overall, I would definitely return. The DJ played a great balance of music to match the crowd (Black& Hispanic). The food and drinks were good, with the exception that the lychee martini was very weak for $12. If you are lookingfor something stronger, I recommend the $28 take-home size coconut margarita. One major negative was that 20% gratuity wasautomatically added to the check for a party of two. I have never seen...

"I have ordered delivery twice from this place. Both times the food came well packed and without any spills. I also wasn't missing any items. The first time i ordered a shrimp egg roll, wonton egg drop soup, three regular roll special, general tso's chicken combo dinner and orange chicken combo dinner. The shrimp egg roll is absolutely delicious. I would order that over and over again. The wonton egg drop soup is not that great. I wouldn't order it again. The wonton's themselves are really thick. For the rolls i ordered the crunchy spicy kani roll, the spicy crunch shrimp and the shrimp tempura roll. All three were absolutely delicious and filling. Both the general tso's and orange chicken had great flavor but by the time it arrived, it wasn't crispy anymore. I tried to recrisp it in the toaster oven and that didn't work. The second time i ordered fried dumplings, the grasshopper roll, kai roll, shrimp tempura roll, sweetheart roll and stir fried udon with beef. The fried dumplings tasted exactly like the wonton's i had in my soup during my first order. The dumpling skin was too thick and the beef looked and tasted the exact same way as the wontons. I wasn't crazy about them. The grasshopper roll i would order every single time, it was lobster salad, crab meat, shrimp, mango, avocado, asparagus, lettuce wrap, rice paper with avocado and caviar in yuzu wasabi sauce. The lettuce did get a little wilted during transit but it didnt impact the flavor at all. Very delish. The kai roll has spicy tuna, avocado and shrimp tempura inside a green soy paper. The outside has lobster salad and caviar. Another roll that i would order again. Very Very good. My husband ordered the sweet heart roll which was really pretty. Inside it has crab meat, cucumber, avocado, spicy tuna and crunchh wrapped in a pink rice paper topped with raw fresh tuna. I tried it and the tuna was very fresh. This roll is absolutely delicious but should only be ordered if your into raw fish. You can definitely taste it. Lastly, the beef udon. The sauce was very light BUT the flavor was there 100 percent. So delicous, so filling, so flavorful. I think we will certainly be ordering this specific dish again soon. It was that good. Overall we were so much happier with our second order from here. I think going forward we will continue to try different rolls and dishes from the stir fry section. I will absolutely continue to order from this place. i highly recommend it."
