"The restaurant only had one server working for the whole place. While it wasn't his fault, it took a long time for us to place our order and even longer for the food to arrive. The quality of the food was mediocre, and we couldn't send it back because the server was too busy to check on us. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."

Tammy the bartender is the best! Food is consistently good, and they often have live music creating a fun atmosphere. A fun spot to dine in downtown reading.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in the neighborhood. They have new specials every week, and not just one, but a variety of them. The food is excellent and they also offer great drink options.

Our dining experience at The Charles was fantastic. The food, service, and drinks were all top-notch. My husband raved about the salmon, while I thoroughly enjoyed the scallops with pumpkin risotto. We can't wait to return soon.
