"Ted Delgado began as a cook and eventually opened Teddy's Cafe which has been a Westside staple ever since. When you visit, you are likely to see and interact with Teddy himself which I find exciting. The diner-style food is served in a homestyle atmosphere with regular house type tables and chairs instead of booths. The effect is very enjoyable. The food is priced fairly and the service is friendly and efficient. Teddy's is CASH ONLY and has an ATM on site. Excellent breakfast spot! The entire menu is reasonably priced and the food is delicious. Be aware that they only accept cash, but note that there is an ATM available if you need it. Parking can be difficult to find, but they do have their own lot and street parking is available.

The staff here is amazing! They were able to accommodate our group of 17 at 6 AM. Although the parking lot is quite small, there is plenty of seating both inside and outside for larger gatherings. The prices are reasonable, and there is a wide variety of classic diner food on the menu. For those with dietary restrictions, the meals are made fresh, so they can easily remove cheese or other ingredients from a dish.
