This is a regular in my rotation of restaurants. Recently ordered a bunch of their chicken bites for a Hot Ones party and everything we got was delicious.

Delicious food fantastic service! We stopped there for dinner on our travels back home to Michigan. The team members made sure our dinner experience was amazing and treated us to some free ice cream cookie bites which were delicious! Would highly recommend! Prices are reasonable, food is amazing service was superb.

The hot chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious! I went for the Texas Hot option, which had just the right level of heat for me, but it might be too spicy for those who aren't used to spicy food. My husband chose the medium spice level, which was perfect for him since he doesn't typically enjoy spicy dishes. The fries and mac and cheese were also fantastic. I highly recommend this place! This has to be one of the best food places I have visited in a very long time. The music was amazing, they had my wine, and the ribs and chicken definitely make me rant and rave about this location. Now had I known the fries would have been spicy I would have ordered them non spicy. I couldn’t even stomach them and my mouth was on fire. The complimentary ice cream was delicious and now I know better when it comes to the fries. This place definitely deserves a 5/5 rating. We have not been here as much. You would think this restaurant must be pricey for the nice vibe it has, but no it was nice AND with reasonable pricing! The chicken was tender and juicy. I thought I had a high tolerance for spicy food, but boy Cookshack chicken had my mouth on fire (not in a bad way LOL)! The staff was so friendly and nice. A gentleman was even holding the door for us as we made our way out. Would definitely come back again!Parking: Parking convenient and easy to find. The lot is located right behind the restaurant.

The managers are incompetent and treat the employees badly and that is why there is no good team that does the job well and that is why even the food does not come out well or on time. When it arrives at the table it is already very cold Because the managers prefer them do your job poorly rather than keep a punctual and hard-working worker. I feel sorry for the owner of the restaurant if he does not get up and grow again and be the restaurant he used to be, but he should change those managers he has.
