"Crab dip was below average but steamed prawns were great. The server never cleared the table before bringing more food out. Then the runner looked confused when I asked them to remove the dirty plates first. My husband noticed that the building was under negative air pressure caused by the hood of the kitchen hood (sucked in doors of the kitchen parlor) and hot, humid outside air poured into the restaurant when the outside doors opened. Sit away from doors if you want air conditioning. Outdoor seating looked nice and led to a long pier on the water."

Even though it was Mother's Day, our table was ready, the service was good, and the food was at the right temperature. We were happy that The Lighthouse is now under Open Table for reservations.

Nice enough restaurant but way too noisy. Food very good, but not excellent. I had marked our group as a birthday party (my grandson's 19th) but the waiter told us they hadn't done anything on special occasions - a disappointment as the question was asked when I made the reservation through Open Table. A bit pricey but I suppose that's to be expected on a warm summer weekend.
