"We've never had a stellar experience at the Greene Turtle. While the food is decent and the staff is friendly, everything feels somewhat insincere. It seems like they believe they're the best and don’t need to put in much effort. The truth is, they were never actually the best—just the most popular, and that peak popularity was back in the late 90s. Fast-forward to today, and it feels like the same crowd from high school is still hanging out, playing on the same pool table they've been using at The Turtle for over 20 years. The only noteworthy addition to the menu is the Beyond Burger meat substitute. The Greene Turtle feels like the Prom King and Queen—once popular but now merely a nostalgic memory."

Worst service my burger smelled like a fart and the drinks were overpriced

Service was super slow in the bar area. One of the staff was chatting and hanging with his friends instead of working. The burger I ordered was not good, and they messed up my toppings. Also, forgot my drink at one point. Was given $10 in Turtle dollars that I gave to another party while leaving because I don’t plan on being back View menu

If I could give less then one star I would. We stopped in for dinner on a Friday night. We were given menus and were seated right away. The wait staff helped all the tables around us and never took our drink order. We were there 10 minutes and was never waited on. There are so many choices in Bel Air for food. 5 Guys served us very quickly. We will NEVER return to this location.

This was my first visit to this location. The restaurant was quite pleasant, featuring spacious pool rooms and a large dining area. The food was excellent; we ordered a variety of dishes, ranging from chili and burgers to a chicken wrap. Unfortunately, the service left something to be desired. Although our server was friendly, he was quite slow and forgetful. We had to ask him multiple times for certain items, and it often took a while for them to arrive.

We visited the restaurant on a Sunday around 5:30 PM. After placing our orders for food and drinks, we waited over 30 minutes just for a water, a soda, a beer, and a Peach Rita to arrive. The dining room had only three tables, including ours, with a total of eight customers present. Our waitress seemed to be missing for long stretches of time, and after waiting another 20 minutes, our food finally arrived at the table lukewarm.
