"I was really disappointed with the Double Char with Cheese. The onions weren't caramelized, and the pickles tasted bland. The French fries were overcooked and burned to a dark brown. They also forgot the ranch dressing I had requested on the side. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially since this was a pickup order!"

The Santa Barbara Char was fantastic as always, but this time it wasn't cut in half, which would have helped. I also ordered a side that came without any sauce, and I didn't request any either. Did I finish the whole thing anyway? Absolutely!
