"They were not at all accommodating with any requests on my catering order including delivery times and the addition of a shrimp platter. They stated that could not be sure they would have the extra large shrimp even with several weeks notice and refused to nail down a delivery time needing a 2 hour window . The heros were ok, but I've definitely gotten better from Salpinos, My Hero and Park deli. The chicken dish was awful. Very disappointing."

"We were warmly welcomed at the door by Paul, who introduced himself with a friendly demeanor. Rocky and Rob also greeted us, making us feel like we had known everyone for years, despite it being our first visit. The food was exceptionally well-prepared, and every dish we tried was delicious. The gnocchi was incredibly tender and practically melted in our mouths, the bolognese was outstanding, and Nonna’s ragu tasted just like it came from my grandmother's kitchen. The prices were very reasonable, offering great value. Many dishes even had suggested wine pairings on the menu, which we always appreciate. The staff seems to always be in a rush, whether it is during lunch or dinner hours. They tend to clear plates quickly before you have finished your appetizer or soup. It is best to order your main course after you have completed your starter. The staff lacks personable skills, but they are polite. The decor is cosmopolitan, with expensive chairs that are now worn and uncomfortable. Despite these issues, I still love and support this hidden gem of an Asian restaurant."
