It's definitely a must try. Fondue is a fun way to experience diner. I wouldn't do all the time because it was pricey. But great for a date or treat yourself.

The waiter initially was very helpful and very attentive, after he came to the table the third time he started to disappear for longer and longer periods to the point where we ended up waiting for a long period of time just to get additional dippers or even our check.

This place was absolutely amazing! My husband and I went for our Anniversary dinner. If you want an experience for a different type of outing this is it. My husband is really picky and he actually was a little weirded out at first but winded up loving it. This is my 2nd time at a melting pot and each has been A1

Always delicious and excellent service. We noticed the Arlington Metling Pot had a hot honey alpine cheese fondue option, but it was not on the Gaithersburg, MD site menu. As a result, we called the restaurant to see if it was available. We were pleasantly surprised when the restaurant said all they needed was the prosciutto; they would have someone pick some up and they be happy to make it for us. View menu

The Melting Pot is an ideal spot for special occasions or date nights. The prices are what I would expect, especially since fondue isn't something you find often in my area. As always, the food was excellent, and our server, Grayson, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions, going above and beyond to let my 7-year-old daughter taste different beverage options before she made her choice. Very nice restaurant to go with your significant other or a group of friends. The bathrooms are a little dated and lacking on basic things like hand dryer and soap dispenser that was not removable and tacky looking.The food, on the other hand, was amazing. Being me and my partners first time here, we ordered the 4 course dinner for two. Every step of the way did not lack in flavor or presentation. Me and my husband go every year for Valentine's Day for the last 7 years. This year they only used a strict menu. I was very unhappy that I booked my table BEFORE I got an email stating that's what they were doing. We have always been given the option to follow the main menu or chose something off the select Valentine's menu. There was also an advertisement on the table for a special that was $52/person and stated it was available all days on February which it was not. The 10th isn't even the week of Valentine's Day, we live 2 hours away and wanted to be able to chose from the menu.
